I have purchased from AliExpress this cassette: SROAD RoadBike SLR2 Cassette Ultralight 11 Speed, milled from two-piece steel, perfect quality, and very light, better shifting then replaced SRAM Force 11-32 cassette.
Will be selling my Enve 4.5 tubs (1300g) later this year if interest? They'll go on UK Hill Climbing Marketplace etc. eventually anyway. Sounds like you might be eyeing up a 30-35mm rim 1100g set though. Cassette drag is very minimal imo: very slight loss as the cassette 'bites' the freehub, but yours sounds tight and Al so shouldn't eat your freehub! Very small loss from compatibility with chain (how well it 'mates' to the chain), and then the only reall source of drag comes from differential wear of the cassette with the rest of your drivetrain - so that's not an issue with a new cassette & well maintain drive train. Enjoyed the video!
You have to take out the three screws, they are there just for shipping so the cartridge doesn't fall apart. It's like stuffing a Shimano cassette in there with that plastic part.
Well, they should write it somewhere in the manual or on their website. I've seen videos where they put it on with screws too :) It stopped for me on about the fifth pinion.
Completely behind the bling instead of gas movement! NRG chains do a waxed chain that looks the same, and ceramic bearing jockey wheels. Hit ya boi up for a discount ;)
These cassettes are not good, they shift bad, when you back pedal the chain fall off 1/2/3 gears, they do not last long and they break... You could fix the problem by disassembli'g the cassette and grind the part of the pignion that stick out with a dremel or a file.
I run 32 on all my bikes - just use to it now. Also I have 58t on front for races so on some hilly courses need an easy gear. My disc has 25 on it now so may put it on for pan flat 10 mile tt's on dual carriageways, but a fair amount of my local tt's have rises on them
@@CharlieCarbsandCycling there is a really good one that I had for a bit on my TT rig, went well fast after a wax treatment and extremely light, around 50 quid as well
can we appreciate the thumbnail chaps
The bling almost outweighs the fact that it doesn't work 😅
Do an update on this video, unless it shifts crazy bad this could go on on my race wheels as Im not willing to pay for a Dura Ace cassette.
super entertaining as always 😎
Any update on this cassette? I’m wondering what the wear and tear is like on this part.
this cassette was decent and didn't wear that much at all. It's obviously not as good as shimano but it's good enough

Any updates on this? I've just bought myself a 11-34T to test it, the ultegra one weights a lot :/
Yh mine has been fine. Works perfectly
How is the performance up to day?
Yh it's been good

makes sense

Yes the shifting is never great compared to shimano
You don't drop 2-3 gears with road cassettes. It's an issue with MTB 1x
Haha just ordered this. Light as toast too!
Hope yours actually fits on a free hub
@@CharlieCarbsandCycling I like to live dangerously my man!
Why a 32 for a tt rig?

Unscrewed and fitted yet ??
Another thing, shifting performance? could be meh
yh we will have to wait until it's on the bike to decide
why a 32 on a tt bike?
I always run 32 on all my bikes and also allows you to use a 58t without any worries of being over geared
You need to get the oilsick chain to go with it
Maybe but they are probs slow af. Will have the old reliable dura ace for races
