Is the masculine culture academic science ruining future science efforts? I strongly believe it is, and we should work really hard to mitigate some of these problems.
How might we actually change this?
We can’t change the entire system, but we can change ourselves need to focus on empathy central to everything that we do. We are both empathetic and loving of ourselves and other people around us.
