- Michael Brown's parents talks to Sunny Hostin about their son and the pain they went through when they found he was dead.
I believe in Martin Luther King's idea to judge someone based on the content of character, not color of skin. Michael Brown died because of the content of his character.

@@04ohgolly1 I dont agree with the OPs original comment, but to be fair also brown had just robbed a store and there was whatever physical altercation occured at the window of car which I dont know everything on that regard except that a jury did review the evidence and find the officer acted within policy, this it appears brown was acting in a way which would justify police action, now again idk it sounds theres alot of diagreement here so idk but even if we say he didnt do anything to justify it, he atleast did rob a store at a minimum "wrestle" with the officer(that I know is confirmed, ive heard he tried to grab the gun off officer but idk, and maybe other things) but so regardless I assume this is what the OP meant as he was commiting crimial acts with robbery and to some extent resisting lawful orders, so that's not to say it was completely justified and regardless of if he is not 100% innocent he surely didnt deserve to die over those things, but there is reasons why police are allowed to use leathal force, reasons that are important and necessary and I think that the fact the jury declined to indite is important to consider here, of course we know he was unarmed so that I think is the biggest problem with this case, but it is not accurate to poaint this as "he died for walking in the middle of the street", he had just commited a theft and there was a radio out with description of suspects so the officer told them to not walk in the middle of the road, drove forward then realized this was he same man in the radio with red had white shirt and yellow socks...

I like how Michael's mom and dad say u can't judge my son off a 18 second video. The video shows their son bullying the store owner and then looking like he was gonna punch him. These parents are a joke and their son would be alive if he doesn't steal. At the end of the day Michael Brown does not look like the innocent boy these parents are making him out to be. After seeing this video I think that officer Wilson story could be more truthful after all. I believe Travon Martin was innocent but not this kid. If u want to make this a black thing, then ur son was a black man who was caught breaking the law and unfortunately resulted in is unfortunate death. I get that u don't want people to judge ur son off the video but America does not no ur son and a video like that weather u like it or not is going to give people the impression that ur son was nothing more the a thug who used his size to intimidate people even someone like officer Wilson.

A lot of people complain about Wilson shooting Michael Brown 6 times obviously don't get the concept that when you shoot someone you continue until they stop moving.
Its funny because the physical evidence does show that mike brown did NOT put his hands up in a motion in surrender. It also shows tht he was shot six times and not ten. The surveillance cameras at shop show him stealing a pack a cigars and threatening to use physical violence against the owner. I also watched a video of mike's friend and he said something along the lines of "stealing like that isnt a crime in missouri"... Stealing is a crime in America and hopefully other countries too! I do feel sympathy for mikes parents. I feel bad because they lost a loved one. But all the testimonies they give are false and its easy to tell!

A Grand Jury of my mommy's peers from Brunswick, Georgia ruled the black teens who murdered me will not face the death penalty... too bad it was me who got the death sentence from my killers instead, because Mommy didn’t have the money they demanded. See, my family made the mistake of being white in a 73% non-white neighborhood, but my murder wasn’t ruled a ‘hate crime’.
Oh, and President Obama didn’t take a single moment to acknowledge my murder. He couldn’t have any children who could possibly look like me - so why should he care?
I’m one of the youngest murder victims in our great Nation's history, but the media didn’t care to cover the story of my being killed in cold blood.There isn’t a white equivalent of Al Sharpton, because if there was he would be branded a ‘racist’.

If u look at the video u see how he bullied the store's owner and then when he got him out of his way the store owner pursued him Brown turned around again menacing the owner, after noticing the owner was backing away he continued walking.
If the same scenario happened with the officer i.e Brown menacing... only THE OFFICER IS THE LAW and HE HAS A GUN, (and forensic evidence shows Brown's DNA on officer Wilson's gun)
Obviously none of us expects an officer to back down from a person who committed crime!
