I think a lot of people's complaints about Biden and the economy speak more to American global ignorance, myopia, and in many cases hypocrisy. People complain about prices compared to 4 years ago, like the middle of the pandemic shutdown in 2020 was economic paradise, and like Biden could just waive his hands to make inflation go away in 5 minutes. They don't think our favorable comparison to other countries that have gone through the exact same thing matters (logically it should). Also, many of the people who complain about inflation eating their money have bought houses or spent a fortune on home improvement, ignoring that inflation has actually given a lot of people who had cheap mortgages or who owned their homes outright a ton of new wealth. They also act like the low unemployment isn't a thing, and ignore and never mention that they're all making more money too. Yeah politicians need to meet people where they are, but honestly, people should be informed and have realistic expectations. And people shouldn't be hypocrites. Democracy requires an informed and honest public.
You always see this. So many hard-working, well-intentioned political leaders (and not just in the US) have been chased out of office after saving the country from a disaster or taking over from a previous terrible government, because people were mad that things weren't as good as they wanted them to be, or because of trivial failings on the part of the leader. They never think how things would have been if that leader HADN'T put in all that work.

The two parties have very clear and distinct positions on everything that do not change. As it pertains to economic matters the Republicans believe in supply side economics. This entails placing most of the tax burden on the working and middle classes while giving most of the tax breaks to the wealthy and big corporations. The hope is that the wealthy will create businesses, and big corporations will expand existing businesses. It is fundamentally flawed because there is no guarantee that either will occur. The wealthy are unlikely to start new business because they are already wealthy so what is the point? Big corporations are unlikely to expand existing businesses particularly when existing demand is already being met. Doing so would just cut into their bottom line. They are more likely to buy back stocks or give executive pay hikes and very little of the money reenters the economy. The wealthy get wealthier, and poor get poorer. The Democrats on the other hand subscribe to demand side economics. This entails placing most of the tax burden on the wealthy and giving tax breaks to the working and middle classes. The Democrats know that the middle class is more likely to start new business, and the poor are more likely to spend while the wealthy are more likely to save. Therefore, most of the money reenters the economy and the new businesses that are formed help to create competition which is what drives prices down. That is why the economy performs better under democrats and the economic data on publicly accessible government websites validates that. Even Trump admits it in an interview while running for office the first time. You can look up the interview for yourself. You are already on the right website. I'd also encourage you to go to the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis website and study some data.

They're both kind of true. The US economy is a big, complex thing with lots of different parts. The economy overall is growing (aka producing more) and therefore in good shape, but the Consumer Price Index (aka inflation rate) is increasing faster than middle-class and working-class salaries which means that the majority of Americans are having a harder time affording things like food and clothing. Also, most US cities have a serious shortage of housing that is affordable for middle-class and working-class Americans.

I think a lot of people's complaints about Biden and the economy speak more to American global ignorance, myopia, and in many cases hypocrisy. People complain about prices compared to 4 years ago, like the middle of the pandemic shutdown in 2020 was economic paradise, and like Biden could just waive his hands to make inflation go away in 5 minutes. They don't think our favorable comparison to other countries that have gone through the exact same thing matters (logically it should). Also, many of the people who complain about inflation eating their money have bought houses or spent a fortune on home improvement, ignoring that inflation has actually given a lot of people who had cheap mortgages or who owned their homes outright a ton of new wealth. They also act like the low unemployment isn't a thing, and ignore and never mention that they're all making more money too. Yeah politicians need to meet people where they are, but honestly, people should be informed and have realistic expectations. And people shouldn't be hypocrites. Democracy requires an informed and honest public.
You always see this. So many hard-working, well-intentioned political leaders (and not just in the US) have been chased out of office after saving the country from a disaster or taking over from a previous terrible government, because people were mad that things weren't as good as they wanted them to be, or because of trivial failings on the part of the leader. They never think how things would have been if that leader HADN'T put in all that work.
That’s one of our many weaknesses in America. US voters are creatures of the moment and always expect the grass to be greener on the other side and will get angry if it isn’t or requires work to get there.

In 2016, Trump got three million fewer total votes than Hillary, but he won the electoral college because he won enough swing states. That means that if Trump is tied with Kamala in the national popular vote, he will likely win those same swing states again. And if he does, it will be because enough voters do not want four more years of an even more incompletent presidency than we've had for the last 3.5 years.

Kamala Harris's father was an avowed Marxist professor in the Department of Economics at Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA. Both of Harris's parents were active in the Berkeley-based Afro-American Association; Fidel Castro and Che Guevara were the heroes of the Afro-American Association.
The group's leader, Donald Warden (aka Khalid al-Mansour), mentored two young Afro-American Association members, Huey Newton and Bobby Seale; they created the Maoist-inspired Black Panther Party, which drew strong support from Communist China; the Black Panther Party served as a model for the creation of the Marxist organization Black Lives Matter. Khalid al-Mansour later arranged funding and facilitated Barack Hussein Obama's acceptance as a student to enroll at Harvard Law School.
Following her college graduation, Harris returned to California and subsequently became the mistress of married 60-year-old California Assembly Speaker Willie Brown, Jr.
Brown's political campaigns were supported and funded by Dr. Carlton Goodlett, the owner of The Sun Reporter and several other pro-communist newspapers. Brown was elected mayor of San Francisco and strongly supported Harris's Marxist political philosophy; he guided Harris's political rise in California politics, leading to her election as California Attorney General.
Willie Brown, Jr. was a known long-time communist sympathizer.

While serving as San Francisco District Attorney, Kamala Harris mentored a young San Francisco radical Maoist activist, Lateefah Simon, who was a member of the STORM Revolutionary Movement; Simon currently chairs the Bay Area Rapid Transit Board (BART). Simon has always been close friends with Black Lives Matter Marxist Domestic Terrorists founder Alicia Garza, as well as STORM member and avowed communist, Van Jones.
Harris has been openly and aggressively supporting the Black Lives Matter Marxists; Kamala Harris is still closely associated with Maoist Lateefah Simon and Marxist Alicia Garza.
Kamala Harris’ sister, Maya Harris, was a student activist at Stanford University. She was closely associated with Steve Phillips, one of the leading Marxist-Leninists on campus and a long-time affiliate of the Revolutionary Struggle League, a pro-Chinese communist group. Phillips came out of the left and in college studied Marx, Mao and Lenin, and maintained close relationships with fellow communists. Phillips married into the billionaire Sandler family of the Golden West Savings and Loan fortune.
He funded many left-wing political campaigns and voter registration drives in southern and southwestern states to help his friend, Barack Hussein Obama, defeat Hillary Clinton.
Phillips has been a major financial backer of Kamala Harris's political campaigns for several California elective offices.
Harris’ husband, Doug Emhoff, works for the law firm DLA Piper, which “has nearly 30 years of experience in Communist China with over 140 attorneys dedicated to its “Communist China Investment Services” branch.”
He has just been appointed a professor at Yale for the school’s future lawyers on the fine points of communism.
When she was elected to the U.S. Senate, Kamala Harris appointed a pro-communist Senate chief of staff, Karine Jean-Pierre, today President Biden’s White House spokesperson.
Jean-Pierre was active in the New York-based Haiti Support Network. The organization worked closely with the pro-communist North Korean/Chinese Workers’ World Party and supported Jean-Bertrand Aristide, Haiti’s far-left communist former president, and the radical Lavalas movement. Fortunately for Harris, but potentially disastrous for the Republic, elected office holders are not subject to the security clearance process.
Had the FBI done a background check on Kamala Harris, she would never have passed, due to her close 40-year ties to Marxists, Communists, Maoists, and Communist China.
Harris would never have been approved for acceptance into any of the 5 Military Service Academies, nor would she have been appointed to a U.S. Government Sub-Cabinet position, nor would she have been approved to fill a sensitive position for a U.S. defense contractor.
However, since Joe Biden was elected, Harris could be one step away from being president.

Since Biden was elected, because Biden would not be up to the task, Kamala Harris would lead the effort to appoint very dangerous anti-American leftists, communists, socialists, and Marxists to fill very sensitive positions in the Washington deep state bureaucracy.
She would fill all appointed positions in the US Intelligence Agencies, in the Department of Homeland Security, in the Department of Defense, in the Department of Justice, the State Department, the FBI, the CIA, most cabinet positions, the National Security Council, and on the White House staff.
American voters must alert their fellow Americans that Kamala Harris is a very serious national security threat to the very survival of the Constitutional Republic of the United States; has been a traveling companion of Marxists, Communists, Maoists, Socialists, Progressives, and Chinese Communists for over 35 years.
President Trump had much more background information on Kamala Harris than we present here, and he was right when he accused Kamala Harris of being a communist subverter.

The two parties have very clear and distinct positions on everything that do not change. As it pertains to economic matters the Republicans believe in supply side economics. This entails placing most of the tax burden on the working and middle classes while giving most of the tax breaks to the wealthy and big corporations. The hope is that the wealthy will create businesses, and big corporations will expand existing businesses. It is fundamentally flawed because there is no guarantee that either will occur. The wealthy are unlikely to start new business because they are already wealthy so what is the point? Big corporations are unlikely to expand existing businesses particularly when existing demand is already being met. Doing so would just cut into their bottom line. They are more likely to buy back stocks or give executive pay hikes and very little of the money reenters the economy. The wealthy get wealthier, and poor get poorer. The Democrats on the other hand subscribe to demand side economics. This entails placing most of the tax burden on the wealthy and giving tax breaks to the working and middle classes. The Democrats know that the middle class is more likely to start new business, and the poor are more likely to spend while the wealthy are more likely to save. Therefore, most of the money reenters the economy and the new businesses that are formed help to create competition which is what drives prices down. That is why the economy performs better under democrats and the economic data on publicly accessible government websites validates that. Even Trump admits it in an interview while running for office the first time. You can look up the interview for yourself. You are already on the right website. I'd also encourage you to go to the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis website and study some data.

Quick question, on the economy, Harris says that she is going to work on the economy, and that we have some serious issues, but the Harris Biden administration says the economy is in good shape, can somebody please explain which is it?

They're both kind of true. The US economy is a big, complex thing with lots of different parts. The economy overall is growing (aka producing more) and therefore in good shape, but the Consumer Price Index (aka inflation rate) is increasing faster than middle-class and working-class salaries which means that the majority of Americans are having a harder time affording things like food and clothing. Also, most US cities have a serious shortage of housing that is affordable for middle-class and working-class Americans.
