My robot is making a squeaky noise when in vacuum mode, and I was forwarded this video but this video contains no guidance to lubricate the rotating parts. Very dissapointing.
This video is fake. I bought this machine and i can tell you that you cannot clean it in 6 minutes. You can not remove the hairs like they show you you have to cut them They skip many items that you need to clean This is a new clean machine where they put some hairs in just for the show In real time it will take more then 1 hour to clean it and you have to do it every 10 times you use it If you have cats with forget this machine If you have dogs and they run arround outside and bring in mud forget this machine Cleaning this machine is no fun job and many parts are very fragile and easy to brake They charge 1500€ for this 150€ machine Soon i will make a video in real life and time and i will post it and place the linke here. I am sorry i bought this machine and should have stayed with the X10 Pro Omni Its cheaper and does not have so much maintenance. SAFE YOUR SELF TIME AND FRUSTRATION STAY AWAY FROM THIS MACHINE
As soon as you have animals or people with lots of hair all vacuums require more care. I personally have no animals, just lots of kids😂 I lightly sweep before it runs, but I also run it once a day and it’s been LIFE CHANGING.

mopping function leaves my laminate floor clean and much dryer than i could with a cleaning cloth.
