Everyone wants a quick fix. If you mean crank case ventilation, then yes. The prince engine runs high positive pressure due to blow by so this needs to be vented into the inlet thru one of the two valves in the cover, back one when no boost pressure from the turbo, and side one when turbo producing boost. Valves should never be both open otherwise you get unmetered air flow. You can do it 👍
@@YoucandoitwithJulesI’ve recently fitted a new rocker cover and therefore PCV, any ideas? (If I had to guess I’d say the vacuum line at the back of the cover?
@@davidholder5471 you might have an air leak at the back into the inlet and this will cause unmetered air. The black plastic pipe from the back of the cover to the inlet manifold gets hard and cracks really easily. Sometimes you can see it as it's got a ribbed protective cover over it. Just removing it from the rocker cover can crack it. You need to smoke test the engine or another option is to spray carb cleaners or brake cleaner around the inlet and pipe area to see if you get a chain in idle rpm then you know there's an air leak. Keep us posted. You can do it 👍
Can't you take off the booster O ring on driver side ?
Sorry not clear on what you are asking ? You can do it 👍
Is it the valve cover CCV? Too much story get to the answer.
