I find it somewhat baffling that this podcast didn't properly examine _at all_ how trans issues might have played with swing-y female voters in the 2024 election. I seems like a massive missed area. Were they particularly motivated by the issue of minor transition? Did they particularly care about female sports? Does the issue of males in female prisons hit them differently? Sure, they mentioned Roe vs. Wade, and were right to, but the battle lines of abortion have been drawn for years. This seems like an obvious place to talk about how this particular bag of cultural issues might have played to this particular section of voters, but all it gets is a dismissive 'bathrooms'. _Why_ are mainstream outlets so uncurious about this?
