This is true. Shit happened to me. Went from waking up at 4am to go to the gym, eating healthy, working extra at work to staying up late watching 90 day fiance, eating crap, not doing as well at work, having less sex.... Disgusting! I looked in the mirror and didnt like what i saw, felt needy and like a loser. I was letting myself down. Fuck that! I nipped that shit.
