Oh my goodness have I been on a journey of fast awakening. It started at the beginning of 2021 with the same sequence of numbers showing all of the time (225) all about change and rebirth. My life has been shaken upside down in every aspect possible and I have felt so uneasy but I’m still in the eye of the storm now with an inner knowing that things will work out as they should 🙏🏽💫

I do feel very limited right now living in melbourne australia, the restrictions are getting tougher if you can belive it. Not only are we still in lockdown, can't travel more than 15km from home and curfews etc, now every single worker in any industry has to have the medicine and get this, if any employer is caught with and employee without 'it' they get huge fines. I don't know what to do anymore, already lost one job can't afford to lose another.... waiting for any divine intervention of new ideas for us here. Amazing chat!!! So practical, and incredibly helpful!! I am in NSW Australia and it is so chaotic, even the police can't tell me whether I do or do not need to be wearing a mask outdoors as an unvaxxed person, or whether I am allowed to travel more than 5km from home as we used to have to, no one not even the authorities understand the rules as they shift daily, and they don't think them through! For a long time I started to stockpile non perishables, because our old premier kept telling us we would not be allowed into the shops in the future, and said that no one would want to be around us, that we would just go backwards, and that she would find us. It was really terrifying, because they really made us feel like we were dirty or something and would not be part of society, but because of the riots etc, she is now gone, and although there is segregation the narrative is much less harsh. I'm learning so much, and all these tips are greatly appreciated and give me great hope. Xxx

We have been gardening and canning the last few years. You can also save your camping small propane tanks and buy an adapter off amazon and refill them. They need to be placed in fridge first. And we also weight them and label them with the weight. Last camp trip we took all the ones other discarded. Now we have lots. Whatever you can do if and when shit hits the fan is helpful.

Limiting the news, drama, and stay away from fear inducing content. Choose your content wisely because this will affect your vibration positively or negatively. Be intentional about what you eat, listen to, watch, and consume. Clean your space and keep it free from clutter. Get yourself flowers, love yourself, light candles, have a graditude journal and use it especially when you are feeling low. Feel the feeling of love. Love is the most powerful frequency I hear, and has the ability heal. Love is the most important part of raising your vibration. You must feel it, and be it. ❤️ Last but not least, reclaim your inner personal power and let go of all that is no longer serving you. Happy Vibing! ✌🏼✨💕🤗

We have been gardening and canning the last few years. You can also save your camping small propane tanks and buy an adapter off amazon and refill them. They need to be placed in fridge first. And we also weight them and label them with the weight. Last camp trip we took all the ones other discarded. Now we have lots. Whatever you can do if and when shit hits the fan is helpful.

@@irmarovira348 Music is a powerful tool. Listening to high frequency music, nature sounds, and meditation music can help. Be very very aware of what you put INTO your mind. Limiting the news, drama, and stay away from fear inducing content. Choose your content wisely because this will affect your vibration positively or negatively. Be intentional about what you eat, listen to, watch, and consume. Clean your space and keep it free from clutter. Get yourself flowers, love yourself, light candles, have a graditude journal and use it especially when you are feeling low. Feel the feeling of love. Love is the most powerful frequency I hear, and has the ability heal. Love is the most important part of raising your vibration. You must feel it, and be it. ❤️ Last but not least, reclaim your inner personal power and let go of all that is no longer serving you. Happy Vibing! ✌🏼✨💕🤗

I'm stressed to the max with eye problems, shingles and the right side of my body out of whack (from too much physical work), and arthritis.
