Hi Mike, The software is counterfeit. That website is a counterfeit site! The keys may activate and register with Microsoft but the keys are illicit - decoupled from the Microsoft supply chain in Asia (effectively from a key generator). There is no such thing as a retail version of Microsoft Office Professional Plus! If you do not have proof of license in the form of either a Certificate Of Authenticity (COA) from a genuine retail pack or an invoice from a Microsoft Authorised reseller within the UK/EU then you do not have the legal right to use the software. If someone purchases this sort of key for a company and that company gets audited they will be screwed!
As long as you have a receipt for purchase and the codes validate you r covered. they might not be the official retail channel but the codes are legit or they wouldn't activate. Microsoft blocked illicit keys from activation outside of there intended regions. I have had a long discussion on this with a software reseller and they confirmed that although some keys may not be a full retail package they are within the law. Microsoft are a very large company and have a very good legal team and any sellers that misuse the keys are shut down quite quickly

I might do the same, because the 2016 version will really last forever. The only new feature of the 2019 version I really need is the ability to automatically mark all deleted mails as read in Outlook.
It's not the retail license intended for end-user. it's MSDN retail license. and probably get blocked by Microsoft if it get passed threshold activation(seller might sell it to multiple user ~approx 10 and if one of them activate on another pc and it crosses limit the key will get blocked) also it don't get linked to Microsoft account. since you need to enter product key after installation. if you uninstall and reinstall office next time again you need product key. it won't be activated if you use your Microsoft account.
this is largely not applicable now as the activation servers are now all offline so anyone selling 2019 isn't selling a legit or even semi legit software

you can more times than not transfer a license on the premise that you have had to change hardware after a fault so therefore transferring the hardware based key from one machine t another. You may need to run sli4 to get it activated though

if you are changing hardware it will normally re activate with the microsoft account. I have done a few motherboard swaps and found it to re activate each time but only one pc at a time

A few weeks ago I bought an activation code for office 2019, basically same as show in the video however today I was using word, I opened it and it said I need to renew my subscription...I didnt have a subscription as I bought and activation key, set it up etc, but the thing i don't get is why I got that message... do you have any suggestions? Hi Mike. I'm still using the Microsoft Office 2003 Professional Enterprise Edition that I snagged from my college's server. It works great, but it's limited to Doc files, so I have to use something else to open a Docx file. I need to find one of these cheap key sites that based in the US. My bank won't allow me to buy anything based outside of the US without personally going to bank and making a request face to face.

The instruction will ask you to download and run a 3gb iso file which has the installation package then activate it with the product key they will email you. I did not buy because i prefer downloading from microsoft website directly.
normally you do get it from the microsoft site directly but now they link to the site rather than a direct link. I was getting a key myself the other day and the download link is to Microsoft so no worries there
It is not microsoft website and not a link to microsoft website either. It is a link to download an iso/img file that you need to mount. The instruction is very clear in the “activation” tab.

most of the time these are one shot deals, part of the reason i ended up going with a 365 subscription for me and the family, reinstall whenever i like with no side effects
It will ask you about it and sometimes repeats doing so, the next time you run word right click the icon and choose run as administrator and that should ask once more then remember the setting

@@mikesunboxing No it wasn't, it was from Kinguin but since other users in below comment sections have also encountered the same error before, so I thought I can get some helpful advice on what might be the reason? Hi Mike, I'm currently not able to activate my key in any place that has a "enter key" function. It says that it can't be found. I've got the key from another site. I'll contact them for support.
I was able to download a office 2019 setup file and then did an activation by phone. That didn't work at first, but then I did an activation by smart phone (pressing another button, when calling them), where they send you a link by SMS and that did the trick. I'm happy that it finally worked.

I GOT THE LISCENSE CODE FOR OFFICE 2019 AND BY MISTAKE I DID INSTALL IT IN A WRONG PC. NOW WHEN I'M TRYING TO USE THE LISCENSE CODE IN THE RIGHT PC. A SCREEN IS TELLING ME. THAT THE LISCENSE CODE IT IS ALREADY BEEN USED. EVEN WHEN I DID REMOVE THE WHOLE MICROSOFT OFFICE 2019 FROM THE WRONG PC!!!! HOW I CAN FIX THIS PROBLEM????

no it has been stopped my microsoft now and the activation servers are also offline so even if you buy it you will struggle to activate, without a dodgy KMS

@@mikesunboxing No it wasn't, it was from Kinguin but since other users in below comment sections have also encountered the same error before, so I thought I can get some helpful advice on what might be the reason? Is it (1) that I have been scammed (2) or it is some Activation issue with Microsoft
Kinguin seller adviced on using Phone Activation System but the phone Activation System is saying that product key is already in use. Since it's Sunday, I can't even contact Microsoft Customer Support.

you can use it with you microsoft account but it won't be seen in there in the same way that office 365 does

I'm currently not able to activate my key in any place that has a "enter key" function. It says that it can't be found. I've got the key from another site. I'll contact them for support.
yeah most of the 2019 keys are not valid now and the activation servers are shut down
I was able to download a office 2019 setup file and then did an activation by phone. That didn't work at first, but then I did an activation by smart phone (pressing another button, when calling them), where they send you a link by SMS and that did the trick. I'm happy that it finally worked.
