you should really watch Sikhpack and for background I was student of genesis program so I also follow someone you follow. brands like Naturaltein or MyProtein are just protein making companies. and they do cut corners. and they are no one person friend or enemy. sikhpack is right on his point 🙏 .. example deta hun : now Naturaltein use natural flavors (which is very bad as these are unregulated & can include chemical substance). when it was made in Germany they didnt use natural flavors.
