DESIS TRY TIBETAN FOOD

I'm a proper Delhiite at heart but my roots are Tibetan. I may not relate with everything Tibetan but Tibetan food is something I grew up eating and I absolutely LOVE IT! So I decided to share a piece of my culture with my very DESI DELHI friends. Hope you enjoy this video!

Phing-sha is not a noodle.. it's a curry we (tibetan) usually eat with tingmo...and sha-bhaklap has to be crunchy from outside and chewy from inside. The way they eat i don't think its crunchy at all...
