Hello Autodesk, I'm Raj from India and these days I'm into a year long course on CAD CAM where they teach a lot of design software except Fusion 360 I had been aware of Autodesk through it's AutoCAD 2D never thought Autodesk also has such powerful and aesthetically pleasing 3d softwares, glad I discovered fusion 360 and now each time i use fusion and then go back to other softwares I realize how archaic their UI is with most of the screen covered by icons and irrelevant bars and also the plethora of knowledge you churn out through your RUclips channel and the Autodesk website with various free course is really helpful.

We still have room to improve, but many thanks for these compliments.

This was super helpful. I really wish I had know about unisolate all before now. Thanks

Isolate without a chance to unisolate would be annoying! haha

Thank you for the engineering tip.
The reference joint is new for me.
While calculating center of mass, the un-selectable cover was not included in calculations, but the idea is clear.

It would be great if Inventor could add this function (section analysis). It's very useful to see through different parts when it's hatched at least if you know technical drawings rules or mechanical drawings rules. It feels more natural when you can easily recognize the different parts

You can definitely do a section view with Inventor. See this for details on how to do that: knowledge.autodesk.com/support/inventor-products/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2015/ENU/Inventor-Fundamentals/files/GUID-6810CA07-80AD-4789-A3B5-192A6069267F-htm.html

Is center of mass taking different material properties into account or is it just using the volume?

It will take into account the density/volume of the materials used. Otherwise it would just be plain wrong!
