Ingredients: 2 cups of wheat flour, 100 ml of water, 5 spoons of peeled perilla powder, 1 potato, 1/2 pumpkin, 1/2 garlic, 2 kelp, 20 anchovies
1. Add 2 cups of flour, 100 ml of water, 2 pinches of salt (3g) and stir first with a spoon
2. Make the dough and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour
3. Make a stock with 2 kelp and 20 anchovies in 2L of water
4. Cut the potatoes and pumpkin
5. When the water starts to boil, reduce to medium heat after 10 minutes and remove the broth
6. Add potatoes and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, then thinly peel the dough/stir until it doesn't stick
7. Add 5 tablespoons of perilla powder and pumpkin, add garlic and stir.
8. After boiling, adjust the insufficient season with salt.
