Ahhh at the opening shot I already knew where you guys were! Atlanterra! I have been to Zahara on holiday in 2003 (all the way from the Netherlands by car) and with my dad I climbed the hill there to see the second line of these villas being build 🙈 Such a nice place! Would love to go back one day
That retaining wall will have some amazing plantstion growing over it, with time 😃 and remember, this is a holiday home. Maybe you'll park your beach buggy there and all is good 😆🙏😁

Dadurch ist auch der lange Gang, der die Schlafräume verbindet, viel zu schmal. 1 Meter mehr wäre perfekt gewesen. Dann wäre auch der Eingang vom Garagenplatz aus durch den größeren Überhang überdacht gewesen. Eure Tour war ausgesprochen gut gelungen und hat die Stimmung perfekt wiedergegeben. Ich kenne die Entwicklung und es ist wunderschön dort.

too minimalistic for my taste. some thing don't make sense lik having the open-bath with a huge window in front of the pool and social area. some times it's good to sacrifice form in order to gain function. the retaining wall and the view are beautiful though
The house is very beautiful, but with so much style and so many rooms, no one wants to leave their cars in full sun in a place like that. They must also be protected from saltpeter. Don't they know how to make closed garages or are they very expensive?

What missed opportunity to use that boring flat top roof! Put up a solar array and this home could literally be off grid. Come on... In that climate, it's a no-brainer. You'd never have to pay a Euro for heating, lighting, etc...
Do you really need to be an architect to build a rectangle with glass in both sides 🤔 that house looks like the boxes that my car collection usually has , but again someone nightmare it’s someone else’s dream
I really wanted to like this property, but I’d have to say it’s style over function. The layout is all over the place, you enter through the back of the property!? The master bedroom has no command over the property, stuck in the corner. The grand driveway leads you to a plane wall, the lack of overhangs means the Sun must cook you like a Dutch oven. I know the architect was after minimalism but the design missed so many great opportunities.

No way! Das kann der Blick alles nicht aufwiegen. Aber Geschmäcker sind ja verschieden...
