GTA SA Special Vehicle Guide: DP/FP/EP BF-400, AP Sultan, and AP Packer

In this Video, I show how to obtain the DP/FP/EP BF-400, AP Sultan, and AP Packer at the same time from "Just Business" with failing the Mission as it's the only way to get them. After I obtain them, I reload the Save and show that they are still there as well as showing the AP Properties on the Packer and Sultan and the EP/FP Properties on the BF-400. I don't show the DP Property since you can't "dent" Bikes by crashing into stuff. However, if you really want to test the DP Property, grind on the side of a wall over and over or ram into the wall repeatedly. You'll see it never starting to smoke, catching fire, and blowing up.
Thanks to recent patches on Mobile, these special vehicles are now obtainable on that platform, which is was not possible in the unpatched version. To obtain them, you must leave two enemies alive and head to the vending machine at the gas station near by and stand on front of it. Then you must wait for Big Smoke kill the remaining enemies. Once that happens, the cutscene starts and the bike chase begins. However due you standing in the front of the vending machine, you will be able to exit the bike. Now on Mobile and remastered versions of Consoles, you must start to pause and unpause the game in order to reduce the bike's life bar. So when you get to the cutscene of the Packer getting into the sewers (also known as Terminator scene), the bike will be catching fire. When that happens, jump off the bike and go after the special vehicles. When the mission fails, you will be able to steal them. On PC and original versions of Consoles, you must do the mission as normal until you reach this part, and destroying Big Smoke's bike to fail the mission. However version you are playing, what comes next must be done on all versions. After you manage to steal the special vehicles, you must put the BF-400 at the ramp of Packer, and take the vehicles to Grove Street. Then you must store the Sultan and BF-400 on the garage. As for the Packer, you must Impound it using the Pimping sidemission. It will be stored at the LSPD Impound, which is the only place we can store that vehicle at the moment. You can later move it to the Hashbury Garage after completing the mission "Are you going to San Fierro?", or much later when complete the mission "Verdant Meadows" and unlock the Abandoned Airport Hangar. However you take the Packer later, you must know how Impounding System works in the game, so you don't lose it until you move it to a safe place.

I did because it's necessary. Is not like the DP/MP/FP/EP Police where you can obtain it without the pause/unpause. Here is necessary to reduce the bike's health to fail the mission on the right time.

These 3 vehicles are unobtainable on my Xbox 360 because i will get the AP EC packer AP EC2 sultan and AP EC EM NE bf 400

Yes. But on original version you don't need to do the pause/unpause thing. All you need is a Minigun to destroy Smoke's bike. As can be seen in this video ruclips.net/video/UKfn9NXJ8TM/видео.html
