I actually liked this tutorial, it's easy to do and looks great for what it is. I don't get why people are complaining, if you want one that moves just go buy one... Sheesh, it's a good tutorial, I wish I'd seen it before I went out and bought my own... But mine IS latex...
Just letting you know, you can actually get moving Rorschach masks. If you haven't already heard of them you should check them out, they're pretty freakin' awesome :)
there are real moving inkblot masks, thermochromic paint you know.... but still i like this video cause it show how to make all the mask, the just use the special paint instead of aregular one and voila!! real rorschach mask

If you don't have time to watch the video, here is a summary: Get a t-shirt and spill some ink on it. Put on head.
So I just wasted 8:33 minutes of my existence for nothing... You owe me 10 minutes of yours.
You can use thermal paint so when you breath it changes color from clear white to black.
It does move. Not this one but if you do it right. It looks really cool.

You can use dirty and smelly big socks to make your mask, so, like Rorschach, you will have spots and dirty smelt.
