Ateez won't disappoint you I am in love with their entire discography literally and many fans will agree with me. They debuted on 28 October 2018 and they are still growing. Ateez is one of my favourite groups besides BigBang and BTS. Ateez is pronounced as Aye-teez. They are absolutely amazing and talented people so I'm glad that you reacted to them. I hope you will check out some of their songs, for example Hala Hala, Say My Name or Answer.
Also you should check out a group called BigBang. They are a bit older than BTS as a 2nd generation kpop group. They are called Kings of Kpop cuz they paved the way for the other groups internationally. Every each of their songs is a huge bop and ALL the members have a successful solo careers! Sorry for my english tho.

Thanks for reacting to ATEEZ. TBH, I haven't seen any guides to ATEEZ that showcase their real talents and capabilities enough, mostly focus on just cute sides. Not that I dislike them, but if you don't know the group, the guides don't reveal much about their strength as performers. If you are interested, please react to their MVs, live performances and dance practices. ATEEZ did a lot of covers, too, and they don't disappoint.

I've found ATEEZ quite shortly after their debut and at first, I had them same reaction as you guys, "probably my second most favourite group after BTS", but these kings shortly overtook the BTS' crown for me and became my most favourite group.

the difference between a main and lead dancer/ vocalist is kind of how fast they get things right i guess ?? how advanced their skills are > which leads to them getting more / harder parts often when they have the main position
for example: main
yunho, mingi & wooyoung are known to get a choreography very easily under control and have been dancing for quite some time (mingi even learned the boy with luv choreography one day before their live stage)
jongho's vocal range is more advanced than the others (the other members are talented too of course)
idek how to explain what lead means, but i think it's supposed to mean that you literally ''lead'' the choreography and the beat in a song, kinda like filling the spaces, but in a good way
but after all, ateez are so talented that you can barely tell who got which position imo, they're a very all-rounded group
anyways, most guides have the positions wrong, like this one, but that's because it was shown differently everywhere,,, we'd just like to call everyone main vocal / dancer lmaooo
They are literally crazy and has loads of potential!!! Never will be disappointed with them

During their making of “say my name”, behind the scenes and their own reaction they confirm “Say My Name” is prequel to their “Pirate King” / “Treasure” which is a country-style EDM trap music concept said by hongjoong. “Hala Hala” is also a title song to their 2nd album along with “Say My Name” which is the official title track. Also to mention “Pirate King” is their official debut title song not “Treasure” since they’re both title tracks for their first album that came out around the same week, everyone assumes “treasure” is their debut just because of the teaser of their previewed tracklist; it just happens to be an actual MV instead of a performance MV like “Pirate King”. Main dancer is more experienced and possesses more skills than the others in dancing. Btw San isn’t a Main. In the video where they played twister Yunho was asked “who do you think is the best dancer in Ateez?” And he said the main dancers which are Him Wooyoung and Mingi.
