Affordable Homes

The Housing Agency, on behalf of the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage have launched a new information website for affordable housing schemes called AffordableHomes.ie. The website provides information on the Affordable Purchase and Cost Rental schemes as well as other supports available such as the Help to Buy scheme and the Local Authority Home Loan. The website contains step by step guides on the different schemes available, a set of FAQs and a section where any available properties can be advertised.
