This is very odd. It's branded h2o windforce. I have seen this style water filter vacuum only branded as Quantum before. These will become rare.

I guess people have never heard of the rainbow brand
They have is just Quantum improve the technology and its 1/4 of the price of Rainbow. My grandma had one and she loved to used it but its almost $3,000 USD and not everybody can drop that kind of money so Quantum is perfect for them and for me!
