Riyanka please focus on your diet. You need to have more healthy food to regain your strength. I see many days you have just dal-bhat- aloo bhendi, or dal bhat mach or dim bhaja. Please try to increase saag in your diet to help increase your iron intake. Also you need to have more protein rich food. You can grill some boneless chicken in lemon- butter and garlic and have or stir fry boneless chicken pieces in any stir fry sauce with veggies and eat. Tender chicken gets cooked in a jiffy. Also you can get mutton soup bones from licious, put 3-4 pieces in pressure cooker with water (3 cups) along with ginger and black pepper crished and cook in simmer for an hour. You can add spinach to it as well. Then strain the reduced water mix with vinegar and salt to taste . This reduces to about a cup. You can drink that to regain energy. My mom always used to give that after sickness. She used to call it tengrir soup. Get well soon
