Aww my family used to have a wolfdog. She scared all the vets she visited. Stopped a burglary once! This dog was incredibly protective of my family. Though this is all stories from my parents, I did not see this first hand.
My dog does this too. Put a blanket on her face and she will get super frisky and loves to wrestle, but take it off and she goes back to being an angel.
My dog does this. She's a husky mix and hyper as all hell. She bites when she plays, but never enough to actually hurt anyone. She growls and huffs too, but never in an aggressive way. Once walked in on her playing with my other dog and she had her (the other dog's) foot in her mouth, lmao. Both of them were perfectly happy, having a great time. Their play fights usually devolve into wrestling/biting matches on the floor, but she's never hurt my other dog before which is impressive because she's practically twice the size of my other mutt.
I used to have an Anatolian Shepherd dog, who have one of the strongest bite forces of domestic dogs, and she was so gentle. Its really amazing how dogs are able to control themselves so well. We did sometimes play rougher, and she did hurt me on occasion but never purposefully. I'd always hold where she hurt me and say "Ow! That hurt!" and instantly she'd drop the playing to come over and make sure I was okay, licking the sore spot and cuddling me to apologise. She had a really deep growl, and we'd have growling matches for fun, and like your dog she'd huff a lot, but also sneeze because her barks were so loud that the vibrations tickled her nose. Ah, I miss her, such a sweet soul
@Doppelganger D That's called being paranoid. It's also obviously incorrect. Unless you were born with some neural anomaly, you should really be able to tell whether somebody is acting aggressive or not, especially as an adult and also especially when that somebody is human.
This is making me want to get a dog more and more. Not a wolfdog and not one this big, as I've never actually had a dog before, but my goodness do I want a dog. Edit: A big thank you to everyone giving advice and kind words in the replies! I won't be able to get a dog for several years, but I promise to do plenty of research and planning! ^-^ Also my notification inbox is now flooded-
I also really want a dog, just please be a good dog owner. There’s too many crappy ones. Also spend a lot of time with the dog, one day they’ll leave and you wish you spent more time with them. Don’t brush off your dog to play video games, I did this and, I regret it all the time. You are one of the only things that can make your dog happy, even just seeing you come through the door they freak out. (lol i sound like a boomer) ps. What kind of dog do you want?
through the mesh with his glowing eyes and teeth it looks like something straight out of a horror movie or something you wouldn't want to see on camera or near you in the wild
On the one hand, considering just how the wolf's eyes flashed between yellow and red like that you can kinda get why our ancestors were so terrified of seeing them on the edge of the campfire light. On the other hand, that's adorable!
You should still be terrified if you see a wolf at your fire. They don't get seen unless they want to, if they show up at your fire it means they want to your food or your dog (or you if they are desperate)
From the thumbnail you think “Yo that looks dangerous let’s see what happens!” And then when you click you just see the person poking the screen while the animal is trying to bite them while making weird noises really changes the mood quickly lmao
And this is why I love working with coyotes. I'm aware this is a wolf, I'm not an idiot but I love the scrappier cousin that my country is spending decades trying to eliminate. Working with them closely has been the most rewarding career path I could've chosen. I love it when canines sneeze and huff to express happiness, playfulness and content. Truly a happy canine when they do this.
@@RUclipsuser1aa aw...well I'm sorry. That sucks. When I was growing up two of my outdoor door cats were eaten by coyotes. I was an irresponsible owner. Now, I always advise people to keep their pets under supervision and leashed when outdoors and not blame the animal for my personal neglect.

Aww my family used to have a wolfdog. She scared all the vets she visited. Stopped a burglary once! This dog was incredibly protective of my family. Though this is all stories from my parents, I did not see this first hand.
i really have the need to know what was her name
@@itabee4980 Her name was Brandy. She was Red Wolf/Australian Shepherd mix. Apparently my family had her for 18 years. This is from my mother.
“stopped a burglary” you must be putting that a manner far less graphic then it actually was 😂
@@jc_nifb nah, any burglar that walks into a house and what looks like a wolf comes charging after them is going to leave, and fast.

"You dare boop my snoot!"
@@YourPalKindred Thanks for sharing, sounds like a really wonderful time.

Dangerous animals are dangerous in the same way that a soldier or a boxer is dangerous:
When they _decide_ to be.
Underrated comment.
@Doppelganger D just don’t ever give them a reason to decide to be dangerous.
It reminds me of the *_cougar in this video_* ruclips.net/video/U2rNnzVotS0/видео.html&.cgce
@Doppelganger D That's called being paranoid.
It's also obviously incorrect. Unless you were born with some neural anomaly, you should really be able to tell whether somebody is acting aggressive or not, especially as an adult and also especially when that somebody is human.
very underrated
This is making me want to get a dog more and more. Not a wolfdog and not one this big, as I've never actually had a dog before, but my goodness do I want a dog.
Edit: A big thank you to everyone giving advice and kind words in the replies! I won't be able to get a dog for several years, but I promise to do plenty of research and planning! ^-^

we dont deserve them
but we need them
I can't live without a dog in my life
U should get one I really recommend because they are very fun but hire a trainer to help cuz they can be a lot to handle sometimes

@Artyomthewalrus oh yeah? When was the last time you heard of a wolf attack a human?
From the thumbnail you think “Yo that looks dangerous let’s see what happens!”
And then when you click you just see the person poking the screen while the animal is trying to bite them while making weird noises

When the wolf sneezes like that..it means that it's sneezing

And this is why I love working with coyotes. I'm aware this is a wolf, I'm not an idiot but I love the scrappier cousin that my country is spending decades trying to eliminate. Working with them closely has been the most rewarding career path I could've chosen.
I love it when canines sneeze and huff to express happiness, playfulness and content.

I feel wierd seeing his eyes changing colours multiple times
Because it's a RGB wolf
You’ve never shined a light on any animal before? Probably not or it wouldn’t make you feel weird.
Most animals can see really well at night. Especially predatory animals. Their eyes were made to catch and reflect light making vision easier for them, but when a light is shined at them its as if their eyes glow
The wolf is sneezing that means he's just playing and doesn't mean any harm to his owner.
