For the cooling plate, you didn't have to Dremel the plastic. All you had to do it loosen the bolt and slide upwards.

That's a nice Engine Cover very clean, I have the Tanabe strut brace that goes across the cover so I will need that hole for access to add oil if needed. Besides great install video.
