Dave Greeting from down under once again a cracking video. I rather like the caps after they were painted sure bests cutting your arms if you need to access the marshalling compound. I might use that in my track thanks again for the ideas. Your content is always informative and gives one food for thought. Cheers Mate.
Thanks for another great video and a bloody brilliant idea! I love the idea of sectionalising your landscaping. If you ever had to move the track you could set it up again and it would be just like before. Not as helpful if you plan to alter your layout, but I don't see many people doing that. Only so much space and few options. When I get my international raceway setup it will be a permanent type of deal and you've given me some great ideas about landscaping it. Oh and Thanks for the great shout out. I've got several subscribers now and getting lots of comments. So now I HAVE to produce more videos!🤦♂️ No worries though, it's a good problem to have 👍🏼
I used plastic canvas in place of the wire mesh! The grand kids race so I had to limit the sharps! I also used speaker wire that was smaller, so it better matched my HO (1/64) scale. And thanks to your tips for the jig and the all thread, it turned out better than expected! I did use some hollow tube on some supports so I could install lights and I glued yellow and green LED lights to the fence every few inches to control the race starting and stopping. I like how the speaker wire absorbs the impact lessening damage to the cars. Thanks for the video!
Well done Dave love your barrier idea with the speaker wire and yes I copied you from your first video on them they look great thanks again for all your great info cheers mate
Looks great, we'll done!
Brilliant, Dave👌

Can’t believe people crash your cars. I hope they get punished ha ha ha
And only 26 more Subscribers to go 👍👍
Love this idea
Awesome! I think I’m going to try something like this for my layout 👍
Great video again Dave and only 28subs to go! 👍
Great video. 👍
The plywood is very…unforgiving :) mostly for magnet racing..
it's pretty unforgiving when you've just come up an incline too fast with no magnet as well 😂 Just an inch higher up
