Rammstein, SOAD and Slipknot were riding high on this tour, probly the best concert ive been to ever!
System after Toxicity. Slipknot after Iowa. During the fall of 9-11. Saw this tour in Baltimore. What a brutal and liberating experience. One of the best concerts ever in my 20 year existence of going to live shows!

Undeniably one of the best gigs of them. Almost as insane as the self-titled era concerts. "This song is about how I can't stand this fucking world." You're right, I'm with you, my friend. And this was in '01, imagine now. The system is as powerful as ever, and these people do nothing to try and bring it down. The hope in humanity is almost lost for me.
Do you have Slipknot show?
This tour would have kicked ass to attend, hope System of a Down and Slipknot do another tour eventually, even better if both are promoting new albums.

Saw this tour when it came to Oklahoma City. One of the best shows ever as a high school kid. Not too long after 911 too. I remember 2001. Both Slipknot and SOAD dropped amazing second albums. I recall going to Best Buy to get them both. Good times.
Oh, and the anime scenes they played in the background are from the film Kite which took me a year or so to find out.

Add the fact this tour took place in the fall of 9-11. It was an insane pit and the show was just absolutely primal and eye opening.

I know I’m late, but I’ll have to disagree with you on the lowlands part. It was near perfect until Serj during the final phasing didn’t even try. But you’re definitely on the mark with Reading and POA

we all miss this old SOAD , but also all the band which used play in the 90s - 00s and still playing nowadays , have changed a little bit. Its a natural course of things , they are getting old.

I was at the Denver show right after 9/11 and rescheduling the beginning dates, it was the first show of this tour and a really fuckin weird time and unique experience shared by those who were there. Sept 21, 2001.

I’ve been to 100s of shows and I always get asked what was the best show I ever went to and I always think of this tour easily one of the best and most insane System of a Down was the coheadliner for slipknot yet System had the whole arena losing there minds it was unlike any other show I have ever been to

I was at this show! up front up close to the barrier. Slipknot destroyed this audience. System was the co-headliner but slipknot was the headliner. However this was a great performance from these guys and i wasnt that big of a fan at the time. Also this show was to be on 9/15 but was postponed top 10/11/2001 because of september 11th. Mudvayne wasnt at this show they had to cancel the rest of the tour i forgot for why.
