True. Most professional chess players train 8 hours a day just like the football counterpart. They also usually take good care of their bodies because your physical state not only determines how much you can give Physically but also mentally.
That's how most professional chess players would have answered. Magnus just doesn't really train because he is already the best and half retired when it comes to training and improving.
And yes. He only has to sleep well for the tournament to go well 😂

Losing a grinding game vs Magnus (often hundreds of moves later) has probably left many of Magnus' opponents feeling like they just played a really long football game? haha
