How to Recover Deleted Passwords from Google Chrome in Mobile

I cannot make that step because it's already deleted in Chrome password manager since I made the mistake of deleting chrome history along with saved passwords that just so happens to be connected to the password manager on the phone. (Tutorial decisions beforehand of a New Device)
