- Rick Ware Racing signed Justin Haley to be one of their drivers in 2024, which was a surprising move to some in the industry. His decision to leave Kaulig Racing and go to RWR provides some interesting insight into why NASCAR drivers make the decisions that they do.

So proud for Justin, only driver that give SVG a fit at Chicago, he made that race exciting, loved that.
So he's basically in a RFK-backed car next year. Doesn't seem nearly as bad as it did originally.

RWR does finally seem to be improving a little bit and getting some decent results at times this season, so it'll definitely be interesting to watch how this turns out for Justin haley and RWR.
This young man is so knowledgeable about the technical aspects of driving and the car but he also very mature and savy about the business side of his career. I think we are going to see big things with him in the future.
Rick Ware has great race teams in other areas of racing and I would love to see his cup team be successful too
I've been saying I think Haley is an investment in a rebuild. He's a solid kid, and if they can pair him with a veteran and all parties have the patience to build the program they could be a threat in a few seasons.
Hopefully since RWR will have Justin as a stable driver whos gonna be there for multiple years and with RFK help they can become a solid team and not just a field filler, i feel like with the constant driver changes they make to both cars they dont have that guy to build around, like Spire has done with Corey they started with him as a backmarker but having him as the stable peice to that team and how they've developed mabye RWR and Justin can do the same kind of thing
I get The RFK alliance but this is a Huge Stepback for Haley. Its possible That this could be the start of a corey Lajoie style buildup like whay happened in Spire. But even with acceess to everything That RFK has to offer this is gonna be a climb. I could def see just talent wise a boost closer to top 25 next year

When I first heard about JH's move to RWR I was very confused but the more I learned about why he did it, it made total 100% sense. Hope he turns those guys around!

Robby ran the Xfinity team (RAB Toyota) Kenny Wallace raced for toward the end of his NASCAR career and that Alex Bowman raced for during his rookie season in Xfinity.
I tend to pull for the underdog since Smoke retired. I latched on to Front Row and have enjoyed their improvement. Looking forward to seeing what Justin and Rick are able to do over there. The number 15 has always been one of my favorite numbers. I always loved the Bud Moore cars because of that. So I hope Justin drives the 15.
I never really had an opinion on Justin, rarely saw him talk but, man, what a nice kid he is! He seems very mature, I truly wish him all the best
I love it. Bring on the up and coming teams. We've been watching Hendrick and Gibbs dominate for 20 years. More teams that can be good, the better.
This clears up all the confusion for me. Essentially going to race for RFK. Don't blame him at all.

I really like the way the RWR cars look. I think JJ got them a top 10 this year.

Interesting. I don't (didn't) know much about the dude. These discussions opened a door to him that I was unaware of. Pretty sharp guy, good head on his shoulders and importantly - does a good job with that organ between the ears.

This is what RWR needs. A dedicated and motivated long term driver. I assume his son is done racing at this.point.
Hey, a win is a win. They may not all feel as special, but that sumbitch counts.
The biggest issue with RWR over the years has always been raw speed. Since theyre under the RFK roof so to speak, the only thing holding them back right now is probably driver talent. Should be interesting to see how he fares in their cars.
Did he ask about the speed disparity between RFK and RWR?

Will have better results in my mind. Then once they build a family bond that truly loves one another and wants every member of the team and company to get better and better. That's what it's all about. Building up one another!! Because at the end of the day all team's are only as good as the weakest member. So Building everyone up love of love and respect makes everyone One and the team stronger!!! This is my way of thing and what I have seen to be true in my life on the team's I was on and apart of. To have this type of bond quickly. You start each day with the team altogether with every member saying was going on in there life good and bad. Knowing no judgment at all. Then they pray over the things talked about, praise God for the work that will be going on in there lives, the team and the company as well as the sponsors and praise him for all they have. Where they are going and no matter what comes there way they know they have God and each other. That type of team will move mountains!!! Because God is first in all they do each day.
Super excited for Justin. I sincerely hope he accels. I really like this kid.

@zt5547 Watched a video where Brad said he has 6 to 8 years left on the driving side. Brad is only 37 years old.
