    Question. What does the chain attached to the wheels drive?

      It powers the reel. Allis did that so the reel speed always matches the ground speed.

      There's one on Facebook marketplace, out of Seneca Kansas a few days ago. $600 and negotiable he claimed. Model 66 if I remember right

    how would you haul it?

      I’ve always just backed it on a 102” wide trailer and chained it down, no issues.

      Nickolas Burger It’s not officially sold as of yet. Currently there are four buyers, whoever gets the money to me first leaves with the combine.

    Most dont know it.....but the all crops were meant to go the wrong way around the field ,cut / harvest only the heads . After finishing.....go the opposite way around the fields and under cut the stubble with a sickle mower or hay bine and bale it for straw. They were designed for this !

      i can cut with mine, down to about 5 inches , taking the grain, and leaving a nice pile of straw or hay , collecting all the seeds, and seperating the weed seeds... its the best machine ever made
