I could of not asked for a better landlord then kherry ! I absolutely recommend him, he has several properties in amazing location here in Dar es Salaam

I left the price out, as the price I negotiated (which is something you have to do here a lot) is not the price the landlord intends to rent this place out for. So I did not want to give any misinformation. Btw I am German not British lol. Thanks for commenting.
