you dont say how to permanently stop the solidworks resource manager.
if we do as you say then after a reboot of the PC the solidworkd rm will just start again and be as usual annoying
i feel your video is wasted for failing to point this out

End the "sldProcMon.exe" process, than search for it on the hard drive and rename it, thus SolidWorks won't find it and won't start it.
