    Ingredients
    500g pork ribs cut 3 inch
    Water
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp shoaxing wine
    2 tbsp black bean sauce • EASY to prepare Black ...
    ½ tsp MSG
    ½ tbsp sesame oil
    1 tbsp oyster sauce
    2 tbsp cornstarch
    Sliced ginger
    Chopped garlic
    Sliced red chili
    Sliced green onion
    Shake of white pepper or two
    wash ribs - stand in water with baking soda max 15 mins
    Marinade 30 mins / 1 hr - or longer up to you
    steam 25 mins
