  • Today I'm install this Rhino Rack roof rack on my 1975 Ford Bronco.
I got the rack from Toms Offroad: tomsoffroad.co...
This Rhino Rack is super easy to install, and looks great on my Bronco. I like it because it fits the Bronco perfectly. It's not too big that it hangs over, but not too small.
How to Install the roof rack:
    - First, slide the bolts into the channel of the outside frame
    - Then, once all 20 bolts are in, attach the 4 end caps
    - Each end cap has 3 screw that need to be screwed in with a drill
    - Then attach the bottom of the cap and screw into place.
    - With your braces laid out, slide the bolts into each brace.
    - Then, line the brace bolts up with the frame, put the nuts on the bolts and tighten down.
    - Next, place the support bars on top of the braces, and line the bolts up with each bar.
    - Put the nuts on the bolts, but don’t tighten the nuts down yet.
    - For my Bronco, I have the backbone that goes into the drip rail on my hard top.
    - Rhino rack includes these rubber feet to minimize the damage to the drip rail when tightening everything down
    - Then, slide the larger bolts into the support bars. These bolts will go into the backbone.
    - Now you can tighten all the bolts on the support bars down.
    - With the help of a buddy, lift the rack into place on top of the Bronco.

Omfg, so many individual camera angles and shots for each step. I hope you got this for free bc this couldn't have been simple to film or edit. That said, good job!

@@NashvilleEarlyBronco I was just researching something you may know. Did you use a special PCV value when using the Pro flo 4? I need to order one and wondered. Thx

I didn’t, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t. Sorry that doesn’t help, but just saying that I did not.

Very interesting. Not sure the boss would let me put that on her Bronco, though. Anything happening with the Bronco rebuild? Can't wait for day 8 to drop.
