- In this Vietnamese food vlog we will be sampling some of the best Hanoi street food.
Hanoi Vietnam is street food heaven and you will see us sampling some delicious Vietnamese noodle soup like Bo Kho or Bun Bo and also another yummy Banh mi 🤤 The grilled meat banh mi in old quarter of Hanoi is not on the map unfortunately so you will have to find it yourself 😉 just like most of the food in Hanoi in this vlog unfortunately as we have eaten in local places which are not on google maps.

Wow, Danny & Diggy, amazing Vldeo once again. The crispy pork mushroom noodle veg spring rolls looked amazing, The sweets looked out of this world. The first beef stew the colours was enticing. The roast pork pieces of meat looked divine. The Beef noodle broth soup with the doughnuts with the friendly lady was outstanding. The frogs legs (toad) I would have tried. The Bamh Mi was mouthwatering. The vietmanese coffee's with the egg was heaven and the doughnuts at the end what a crispy treat. Diggy should compile and publish a best of food guide or cookbook of your favourite foods on your travels. Super guys well done.🩷🤍❤️🩵👍🫶

All great choices, Bun Bo Hue Bo Kho served with Baguette , grilled pork/beef/chicken on a skewer or a grill are my 3 favorites😋

That bun bo is interesting. It's basically a bun rieu broth but instead of seafood, you get beef. If you guys like crab (they may mix the crab with ground pork), try bun rieu. The north will give you those fried breadsticks for various soups and I love that.

Hey, I would recommend staying in the old quarter and then just wing it you will get the best experience this way 😉👍
If you fancy a trip from Hanoi go for Halong bay its amazing!!! Stay 2 nights min to get the best experience and pay a bit extra for the luxury cruise (wish we did 😜).

To enhance the flavor of Bun Bo Hue, you can ask for shrimp paste and squeeze a wedge of lemon with it. Mix it together in the bowl and enjoy. It's not for everyone, but it does make the dish taste better.

Maybe you already know very well that the poultry (chicken, duck, quail) used in Vietnamese dishes is mostly free-range, not industrially. Because chickens raised industrially in regions with cold climate and sold in supermarkets often use food containing growth stimulants that are harmful to health. Poultry (chicken, duck, quail) are sold in most Vietnamese local markers all fresh and free-range, and are loved and used by Vietnamese people and have a higher price than frozen meat sold in supermarkets.

That’s was around Ta Hien street , buf thats not the best noodle to the local people for sure ,,,
I was the International School student in Saigon... so basically I had Pho for a meal EVERY DAY!!! 🤪🤪🤪 So there was that for my EVERY DAY, but I came back to a new, non-Pho life in Thailand later, alas but sadly though!! 😔 Other nations would redeem me around the way though, even Thailand! 🙂
