This helped me troubleshoot no pressure in my mytee 8070. In summary I removed all hoses; from water feed to pump, from pump to heater element, from heater element to housing. I used compressed air to blow air through all the hoses, water pump, and heater element. Then I put everything back together and viola. It was good to go!! When i removed the hoses from the pump i turned the pump on to see if it worked and it did. Turned the heater element on and that worked also. So, decided it was clogged somewhere through the lines. I'm not a technician but it worked out for me. God bless you all.
Thanks I did used a paper clip and hose was clogged going out into heater. That’s all I had to do, I wasn’t getting no water on sprayer. Thanks for your video.
This video did not need to be 10 minutes long. In summary. Disconnect both lines going into and out of the pump. Start the pump and place your finger over the hole to see if you have suction. If you do then reconnect all lines and try and prime the pump by filling the bucket a little and letting water make its way all the way down the tube while disconnected and then connecting it to the pump when you have a good amount of water coming out. Once it's connected, unscrew the quick disconnect fitting on the front of the machine and run the pump allowing water to spill out freely and not into the chassis like this video shows. This will evacuate any debris that was keeping the pump from working properly to begin with and vapor locking it.
Bro we dont need to know your mental dialog to the T, just summarize what you DID, this vid should have taken 3 minutes. BTW you didn't need to remove the water recovery tank to access the pump compartment.

My mytee 1003 just stopped spraying in the middle of a job smh... I guess I'll try to self repair mines now...
My pump starts up but then it turns off. Only when I squeeze the nozzle does it turn back on
I have a 8070 brand new and the pump is not working at all . I will call the the dealers if a have some kind of warranty?
Mine is not spraying either i hope its an easy fix its 1 week old
I just tore my entire Mytee apart only to find out it was the tip lmfao...face palm
I can't connect to the quick connector?
If the pump is on and working, it may be becsuse there is pressure at the fitting. Turn the pump off and try to connect it - should help.
My mytee is doing the same thing
I hope I can fix it I have a big truck tomorrow morning I'm so nervious 😰

Who really cares about ya imput ....? Not me or any1 too much time on ya hands go do something constructive 😂
So expensive for one of these but every one I see in use is taped together and fucked up
I've spent so much in repairs with the two i have.
You don't put tape on those fittings. They look like JIC.
😌
This didn’t help me do anything . Why would you put diy repair if your not even fixing the problem
Have you found any solution…I’m stuck with the same problem
