    At my heaviest I was around 165. None of my clothes fit and it was during the pandemic so I couldn’t even go to a store to try on a new bra. Now I’m like two or three sizes down but the scale hasn’t moved. F the scale.

    I appreciate your discussion at the end about the scale. You’re just so honest and real and actually make me excited to recommit myself to taking care of my health. I’ve been super burned out with the health journey o we the last year

    I follow Squat University on RUclips and I find they have a ton of great tips on weightlifting techniques!! They also give a lot of advice on how to prevent injury with weight training/how to train with an injury. I was over training with weightlifting and herniated my disc and I found that channel super helpful!!

    I've lost 80 lbs and still have like 15 lbs to go but my main focus is fat loss and muscle building. This has taken more than 2 years. It's a long game. Changing diet and being consistent with exercise is the key. I love your channel.

    It’s so interesting that you mentioned sweat not being the most reliable indicator of a good workout because I had a workout yesterday where I didn’t sweat and felt so bad after (like it was pointless). Given, it was an arm day and I’m still working on my noodle arms lol thanks for the information, Morgan!! :)

    Greg doucette has good fitness/nutrition videos. I have been trying to build muscle and get lean for a few years now, as someone with a large appetite😅His videos showed me a diet hack where you can eat more lower calorie foods to be full

    I've started working with a personal trainer because I was so intimidated by weight lifting that I figured having a guide would be helpful and it is! I feel you about form. I also have a dance background and trying to get out of my head and realizing my back doesn't need to always be perfectly straight and my butt tucked under has been a challenge.

    I cannot recommend Natacha Oceane's plans enough!
    She's brilliant. There's an emphasis on functional movements, it's only 4 days/wk with an optional workout, and there are videos and instructions for every single move. I did the Cut program and am doing an updated Cut program and honestly I have never stuck to a plan all the way through until now.
    She has a Black Friday deal right now, too!

    When you put protein with caffeine (in any form, a powder, a breakfast sandwich) the caffeine last longer and you don’t fizzle out as soon.

    I recomend Bret Contrares plan :) it has options for 3-4-5 day split, it s afordable, and there are video explonation for every exercise, the workout plan in pdf, workout log, fb support group and great communinty. And there are options for gym, home gym and bodyweight for every exercises. For me it was such a great way to learn and to recomp
