    This couldnt have come at a better time. I had my company Christmas party this weekend and felt INCREDIBLE after having lost 26 pounds so far. Everyone was complimenting me telling me i looked like a million bucks. Then i saw the pictures the next day and went spiraling. I have about 60 pounds left to go and i felt like i saw no progress in the pictures even though everyone else asked me if I'm losing weight and telling me they see it. Idk why this happens but I am never going back to the way i was before! So im trusting the process! ❤

      This was me! I'm only at the start of my second time losing the weight, Ive only lost 2 kgs but I saw a video of myself yesterday and felt like I gained 10. I guess the comfort is in knowing that it doesn't work like that and that the feeling will pass❤

      I have felt the exact same way. So confident and then the pics brought me all the way down. But yeah I still got a ways to go and I have to keep reminding myself to be nice to myself

      I wore an outfit to an event a few months back and this outfit hadn’t fit since before 2020. I was so happy that day. Amazed I had come so far. Then a few months down the road I saw the picture and almost spiraled because I didn’t see the progress! But I know that there really was! It’s such a real thing.

    This is really hitting home. I feel extremely self-conscious at times. It feels like my body is not showing the results I am working so hard for and have done for such a long time. But still, everything always feels better after a workout.

    I am 41 y.o. who has 5 kiddos. I also just started a business about a year ago. Needless to say, over the past year, I've gained 17lbs. It's not the worst I've ever been, but where I've gained everything this time, it seems worse 😕 I am currently going into my 3rd week of trying to lose weight, and so far I've lost about 4 lbs in 2 weeks. It's so good to hear how everyone is and that we all can relate to each other. I haven't been able to work out for over a week since i just had my eyebrows microbladed. Once i can, I'm gonna try and incorporate weights into my walking, and a little bit of running. My husband, kids, and I are currently eating healthy and doing food prep meals. It helps SOOOO much, knowing what each meal will be calorie/protein wise. I just happened upon your videos, and I really enjoy them! Keep up the good work 👌

    Girl I just want you to know that you look amazing. I totally get the whole bad body image thing because I belive we all go through it, especially myself. But you look really good. I'm very proud of you for how far you have come. Thank you for always being transparent with us ❤

    Thank you so much for being honest , no other content creator has ever been as honest about what it feels like to not fit into your jeans during the holidays or even when working out not loving what you see.     I'm so impressed with you the more I watch your content. You're so young and figuring out so much on your own while most women live by toxic diet culture until they're in their 30s and beyond. I'm in my late 30s and it's been a journey! I know everything you talk about because I've gone through it and experienced so much of it. I don't agree with everything you do and say but everyone's journeys are individual and you do you. You are doing so great and I look forward to your videos every day now. I'm going to be sad when you aren't posting as much.

    Something I've seen Whitney Simmons do that I've read about as well in a fundamentals weightlifting book, she will isolate exhaust a muscle and then do a compound movement. So for glutes she will do a banded squat side step to exhaust her muscle and help her mind to muscle connection and then workout normally to there is a fresh burn in that muscle group to know you got the right spot. Also it helps with a muscle pump so you can check yourself out in the mirror post workout and be like, "Damn sis I did that." You got this. We aren't born perfectly confident. It's okay to practice. Nothing is ever 100%, 100% of the time.

    Your videos are so eye opening and reminds me that I am not the only one that goes through these things. Especially fitness and body positivity. I struggle so much with stopping my all-in mentality. I am currently stuck in a phase (been for 3 months) of not being consistent with my routine and fitness.     I really want to do a fitness journey or continue with it but I am scared to lose weight or feel that I cannot have a weight loss goal be my only goal. My mental health is a lot however I am learning to do my best and trust my process. And also revalue my goals if it helps me mentally

    I relate to this video so much!! I have family visiting and we are definitely eating out and exploring town together- and it’s great! Im not feeling my greatest body image-wise but I’m just gonna make sure I get some kind of daily movement in, even if it’s just walking my dog!
    I’ve been loving your vlogs and have been looking forward to them everyday! I also can’t wait for the moving content in January!! So exciting!

    Oh also I do feel you on when you said how working out makes our body image better. Cause I always feel kind of snatched after a workout. But I also feel like I could look better too. But like you said we are working on it. I know we will get there. And I am older than you lol I am 30 with two kids and you motivate me to be better girl. Never too late. We got this! 💪🏾 Sorry you are having a tough day I have a hard time too especially after a drinking day. Omg upper body is the worse for me 😅. It burns 🔥 the worse.

    I relate to you. I hate looking in the mirror and seeing imperfections. We are our own worst enemy. When you dont feel or look your best, it really effects your mental health. Everyday is a battle. Your always inspiraling and motivating. Great video❤️

    I've lost 65 pounds and it took my mind a long time to catch up. It finally has a year later lol. I have bad body image days but I still keep pushing in gym and stay on top of my nutrition because I know its in my head and will pass. I just stay away from mirrors and wear sweatpants lol. Great video as usual!

    I needed this. I am at the weird starting place where even though I have only been working out/eating healthier for a few days, I want so badly to see results right now. I know it’s not a possibility and this is the part of my issue, struggling to stay consistent. I’m tired of avoiding social things, and the holidays makes it all the more stressful.

    The best seamless underwear is …. NO UNDERWEAR! Lol I’m serious! I make sure and buy leggings that are good quality and not see through at all and just don’t wear underwear underneath them. Never have to worry about it. I know I can’t be the only one. That’s the secret that nobody is telling you that I finally told you 😂.
    I appreciate the realness though. I’m glad to know that even a fitness RUclipsr like you deals with poor body image. It inspires me to continue my journey. Love ya ❤

    I just caught up with your Vlogmas!! Omg you must be soo tired! I wouldn't blame you if you take off some time after this, especially since you're moving soon!
    Also, I tried making protein hot coffee before and it sucked! Haha but I just tried it this morning (You make it look so good!) And it was actually so good!! So thank you😅 i must have hit the right proportions of it! Lol

    Hey Morgan! little tip or your lateral raises: try to keep a slight bend at your elbos to prevent hurting your shoulders, and also try to raise your arms more in a Y shape rather than a T one.
    You are doing such a great job at staying concistent and disciplined about your weight lifting journey, you can be very proud of yourself 💜

    I'm at an all time low right now, thank you for posting this ❤ I lost 25 lbs 2 years ago, I was at my healthiest, then something traumatic happened to my family, and as of this week, I've gained it all back. I'm so sad, and hate looking in the mirror, and getting dressed. I need to show myself a little more love and grace

      I understand how you feel. I have gained and lost 3x. Therapy helps and getting some new workout clothes and maybe a nice water bottle to start. Be kind to yourself. You will get there . One habit at a time and just when you fall off keep getting back on, that’s what counts. Good luck
