Kelly is a great storyteller. He's honest. He's the type of person who looks you in the eyes. He doesn't present things with a lot of judgment. He knows how to present a story from the inside out.

Randy was the absolute greatest guitar player of all time!! Remember he was only in his 20s. Just imagine what he would be like now!

I like the fact that Kelly doesn't sugar coat Randy's image. Randy was basically a really nice gentleman, but he had his other side too. I remember Kevin Debrow saying that Randy could be very sarcastic. It's evident in the video clip "Randy Rhoads fooling around" here on You Tube. It shows him being sarcastic with a comment of his about a present member with Randy in the clip about how bad this guy's filming was. And with that, Randy made a pffft remark at the end of his comment. Randy looked so angelically, it's hard to think Randy was just a man.

Looking forward to reading it. I saw you with QR many times, I still have Randy's business card for music lessons and have a number of the QR ticket stubs still and a starwood tshirt from 78'. Great memories going to all those shows, recall being told about your exit and why before it was public.... great to see you are sober. BTW: small correction... the Starwood was on Crescent Heights and SM Blvd....
