You would think there's a speed cap so if dude is going way past that consistently it would clock it but i don't expect a good anti-cheat anymore, every game is infested with them. It is worse that i've seen more cheaters get spotted in smite 2's alpha than other games lmao it's so sad.
A lot of people justify cheating with "Well if I just had better mechanics/aim I would be GM/Masters" and completely ignore the fact that they aren't learning anything about the game to ACTUALLY be better. You can usually estimate a cheater's true rank based off of what rank they're hacking in. It's at least a 1 rank drop but it also depends on how expensive their cheats are. I've seen paper 5 players managing to end up in gold purely because their cheat program is doing all the heavy lifting (and in the case of certain games whose acronyms are a sound of pain, the cheaters just never get banned)

I thought all these hacks would be fixed in smite 2!?
@rexsi after playing smite since 2016 I noticed there was a decline of active reports from hi-rez. Think it was from 2020 where they didn't take any action against cheaters.
So as you're close to hi-Rez do they or will they have an anti-cheat system or take action against those who cheat.
I can have a SMITE account perma banned in less than 24 hours without even cheating. Have about 25 of 'em to prove it. I call shenanigans.
