Dude, foxes need nerfed. I've seen 7 spawn on an adjacent tile to starting, and they do same amount of damage as wolves. They need to make them spawn in lesser groups or nerf their HP lol

Foxes are indeed pretty strong. As of now they've already been nerfed.

Can you explain what you would gain after forming a relationship with your team?
After 30 relations you gain flat lore production and after 60 you get improved trade routes.
