- So out of sheer curiosity...I went back on Wabbajack to see what new modlists I can checkout and lo and behold, the most visually impressive Skyrim VR modlist was back up and running...it takes awhile to fully download and install, but if you have the patience,it's well worth your time. The sheer number of mods contained in this list is mind boggling, especially for VR,as generally speaking, there's usually a finite number of plugins that can be used which is around 255...but now with esl integration into the VR version of this game, thousands of mods can now be installed(as long as they're ESL based),you have to check the modlist out for yourself, trust me,it's amazing...a link to the list is down below...enjoy the video and as usual,I just had to add even more mods that I felt adds even more immersion, such as working carriages in Skyrim, and yes they actually move and function, with a different variety of types and different drivers,I even added more routes with even more carriages...anyhow,wait till you see my next playthrough,I turned Skyrim to an even deadlier place with hundreds of added creatures, straight from nightmares...all from the twisted imagination of the man...the Legend..."Mihail"that guy is seriously talented and has some of the best creature mods on here...anyways,be sure to like and subscribe if you enjoy my content.

This looks flipping amazing!!! I don't think my 3060Ti could handle this best let alone using OBS to record for content at the same time
you can try using it together with opencomposite and rendering the center in a good shape, little sacrifice on periferal resolution.
@@RevvingInPeace I'll look into that mate, thanks!
This looks incredible! I'm just getting into VR and PC gaming (been a console guy my whole life), so I'm not really sure what I'm doing yet, but this is VERY exciting!! Thanks for giving us a great showcase of what this mod list is capable of.
becareful...it's highly addictive lol
@@TheReclusiveGamer It certainly looks like it!
currently downloading this to get myself back into skyrim. Super excited but this 250 gig install is excruciating lol!
How were you able to view this?I didn’t make the video available yet…
I love it, great work, and thanks!
So I just got into skyrim vr and modding and modded it heavily, just wanna make sure, is the quality of what you're seeing in your headset comparable to what we can see in the video or no?
I have good mods, great GPU, but still my game is blurry even though I tried to increase pixels, bitrate and so on...
Let me know please I really want to upgrade my experience and enjoy my mods the best I can
using mad god overhaul ns as a base and built on it, all performance tab options are set on quality and using the scenery enb
all presets in high, deactivated the dynamic resolution setting, and 150% on steam vr
@@PsychedelicAnonymous6035 good start…I was just going to ask what your Steam VR supersampling settings were adjusted to…what I did on my setup is,on the Oculus app,I adjusted the settings to play on 90 nertz and cranked the SS to 1.5 or in my case, the max…and the Steam VR to 150 percent…in my opinion, the Madgog’s Overhaul looks the best…what gpu do you have?I’m on a 4090,so it all depends on your gpu.
@@TheReclusiveGamer I have a saphire nitro+ 7900GRE, since I posted the message I now have a crazy latency issue, I'm connected on ethernet but after a few minutes of game (no matter if indoor/outdoor/etc...) I get crazy latency (like 150 to 400ms) and the game becomes unplayable. Doesn't matter if I use link cable or virtual desktop. It's very annoying I was just starting to enjoy my skyrim vr... if you have any idea what it can stem from or how to fix this it would be really appreciated
@TheReclusiveGamer my Quest 3 is limited by not having display port and using video compression. It's shockingly better in my Pimax Crystal... but don't super sample.
I just got a New 4090 gaming pc ,and skyrim VR was my first install 😄 I played around 60 hours with the FUS Modlist , I folllow MGO on Discord and seeing the reports of crashes after some hours of gametime I Stick to FUS for now until Aldiun is down. I May restart with MGO if future Updates seem stable for a whole play through.
FYI - the 'Classic' version of MGO is now very stable
390 gb? Seriously ? I just saw it on the Nexus and was stunned! Wow, what a size!
yeah man....it weighs more then my ex wife.
Where can I download it? I have Skyrim VR, but I'm completely lost how to install this.
its fairly easy...download wabbajack from wabbajack.org and then run it...then look for skyrim vr modlists and Madgod's will showup...u have 2 choices...the naughty one and the nice one...i suggest the naughty one because im a complete degenerate
@@TheReclusiveGamer That simple? Man, thank you so much. Of course I will thake the naughty road hahaha.
Great video! Back to Skyrim VR LOL What carriage mod is that?
ummm its called carriage mod lol
I was looking for one today and found one called "Touring Carriages". It has a VR Fix that you will need to install, it is amazing. It lets you choose a location like normal but then it will allow you to experience the entire ride with full dialogue to keep you engaged. You can ask the coachman to speed up similar to GTA, or even a "wake me up" option that will skip the ride at any point and let you wake up at the location. You can also have them make stops along the way. It is pretty sweet.
I get massive screen tearing and fps drop with this mod, i don't know why... I got like ryzen 7 5800X3D and rtx 4060 ti 16 GB. Is my gpu too slow? :/
even on my 4090 i struggle with this modlist
what;s the resolution of your headset when recording for 4k?
I set it on max resolution via the oculus app….1.5 and 90 hertz…and on steam vr,i cranked to 1.5 also.
@@TheReclusiveGamer thank you! I have been trying to figure out this question for weeks, it looks like since skyrimVR is a VR Port of a 2011 game, anything over 1080p, you can't really see the difference on youtube, despite the fact that we can see better in our headsets than it captures in OBS :(
Whats the difference between Wabbajack and Vortex?
wabbajack is a program that installs entire modlists and vortex also installs mods and I think modlists as well...wabbajack uses Mod Organizer 2 though,I personally prefer the Mod Organzizer 2 method
How much fps were you getting, and do you think this will run on a 3090 5800x3d?
not exactly sure but im pretty sure i was getting atleast 60....a 3090 will be fine
Nice video, thanks! How do you reach that water reflection level ? is it any specific mod or .ini configuration? Thanks for your comments.
It’s in the modlist…but yeah,amazing looking water isn’t it?
And where is the link to modlist?
Wabajack
But what if I don't want 1,500 mods? I just want a few graphics mods to make it a little nicer and do a mostly vanilla playthrough? I already have like VRIK and PLANCK and all that. I just need a couple for graphics. I don't want to go crazy with 300gb of mods.
@@RagnarokGriffin you’re going to have to manually install mods yourself then…these lists rely on other mods etc
@TheReclusiveGamer That's what I was trying to do. However it's hard to find independent graphics mods by search it seems. Or maybe I'm so new to the VR modding of Skyrim. I think I went through all the pages since it only said there were about 4,003 mods.
Maybe it's better to just install a crazy pack and remove what I don't want.
You can spend a lifetime trying to mod this game and you still wont ever be an expert, which is why I gaveup trying to install mods on my own…i had some success but it would inevitably endup crashing…yeah, just find a modlist and with one click, its done.
I’ve got a 3070 RTX, do you know what mods I should start to turn off first to make it run a bit better?
Thats a pretty broad question,it really depends on which mods you have installed…there are thousands upon thousands of different kinds mods for this game
@@TheReclusiveGamer I downloaded the Mad gods on wabba the SFW version, I was thinking if I plucked a few out it would run a bit better, maybe cubemaps?
What do you use to make it look so smooth, my game looks so sharp.
Nothing that I’m aware of,its whatever is in the base modlist…im using community shaders version…try leaving the antialiasing to TAA maybe?
I think it's just the effect of you seeing it on a tiny screen here, making it look a lot better.
U have to cast it on the seal.
I got a 3080 and a 11700k with 34ggb at 3400.. Is this something that should be able to run this?
it should if you dont too crazy by cranking up the graphical parameters like i did
Stuck in the Steam "infinite purple sky and mountains" area. What did I do wrong?
you've not started the EXE for the game?
is it possible to download the mods on an external hardrive and use them that way?
Yeah just make sure its a fast ssd external drive
This is not FUS, what Wabbajack's moddlist is this?
@@Farlox201115 might be madgods overhaul
How well will this work on a 4080 super and i7 14700kf?
Ohhh pfffft….you’re good bro, you’ll have no worries with a 4080 super
damn so this is what a 4090 can do.....i did have the UVRE modpack aggeess ago..had the crazy idea of firing up skyrimvr again recently (after years out lol) and each time the quality of skyrim modding goes to another level wow.... is this stable ? leave the pc on overnight again? Only have a 3090 though.
yeaaaahhh...umm this modlist is a beast to run, even on a 4090,ot looks incredible though
I have a 4080S FE and can run it only at high/ultra 72fps with VD and open composite. DLAA instead of DLSS (dlss will you you a few extra frames, but doesn't look as good). 3090 has more vram than 4080, so I'd be curious what your performance is like on same setting. My VRAM gets capped at 16 or exceeds and I get frame drop.
Cool, creat stuff! 🥳
Was this ENB or community shaders?
enb i think?
WHY DOES EVERYONE HAVE A 4090 FFS!!!!!! 😢😭😭😭😿
Great modlist but that stutter man. Damn once that starts i stop playing. Massive immersion breaker for me.
nothing can be done with the stuttering,it's the nature of recording VR footage...I even tried Live Vision Kit but it's way too intensive for my GPU and cause the video to go out of sync and crash
Your cpu is burning itself to death. It's intels fault.
@@chriswalls5648 with the latest bios update its fine.
