I was looking at this one to buy but since I'm new to pressure washers I decided to go with the Active 2.0 for $350.
On the bright side with yours you don't have to worry about the machine dying after 100 hours.

The active 2.0 is a great option man! A buddy at work just got one and he freaking loves it. I kind of wish I would’ve gone with one of those as well but it’s all pros and cons. That’s a really nice machine and I feel certain you will enjoy it. Thanks for the comment man.

Love mine. With it set to max at the pump and using 3.5 nozzle it works great. I've never had an issue with water volume/flow when it comes to rinsing. I have never measured the water flow (GPM) with this setup, but I have never had a pressure of flow issue when it comes to rinsing, it does a great job. Water supply flow and pressure to the pressure washer can play a factor in the pressure and flow at the nozzle. Also, no two products are identical, so possibly variations in the pump, motor or nozzle tolerances effect the output from unit to unit. I wouldn't think it would be a drastic difference, but a difference none the less. I've had mine for two years now, and it is use weekly as I rotate washing our two vehicles on a two week schedule with no issues or complaints. It is pricey, that is for sure. But I got tired of the gas pressure washer noise, having to fuel it, the exhaust fumes and as you mentioned having to turn it off and on several time during the washing process. This unit is damn near whisper quiet and the auto off/on is a great feature.

I'm so glad it works well for you! I def. enjoy those positive aspects you brought up about it. The quiet operation and quick on and off is so nice. There is also no comparison to the performance of the foam cannon with the pressure washer. I'd sure like to get back to a routine that good of washing our vehicles. I do my best but once every 2 weeks is where its at!! Thank you for checking it out and I appreciate your input a lot! Take care.

I found these notes by commentor Dylan Riggs in the comment section of the OG review. Apparently there is a set screw on the unloader valve that greatly affects the performance of this specific PW. Wondering if it will help you get better results. I would love to see a follow up video if it does help the performance.
Couple notes for the Adams Pro series pressure washer
    1. Manual mode is used for hoses greater than 70-75ft.
    2. There is a set screw in the unloader valve that affects your GPM/PSI - It's rated for 2200 or 2400 psi and over 2.2gpm.
    3. The set screw is set from the factory in a safe manner below the 1800psi/2gpm.
    4. The 98 pounds was the entire package (hose, gun etc) it says it on the site....
I was an early user of it and was told about the set screw. I originally tested the unit the same methodology Matt does and got the same result. After adjusting the set screw. I have a 4.0 nozzle getting 1150 PSI & getting 2.2+ gpm.
It runs quieter than the Kranzle, 15 amp and I have the capability to use a 2.5 nozzle and get 2200 psi at 1.5gpm. Sorry OG, but it's pretty solid from a package deal. It's designed for shops and industrial rated (all day use) unlike the Kranzle. It's also in a frame that can easily mount inside a trailer. It's not that hard to understand....
My comment was in no way an attack. It was an oberservation, yes that you missed by not being as thorough in the test becuase it's not common knowledge about the set screw, but it does greatly change the performance. As someone that has followed you from the beginning, I encourage a retest with the set-screw adjusted. From a package stand point and what it can do, it's not a bad unit, regardless of where it came from. I know you like to knock on chinese junk, but half the tools/items in the store are from china. Saber cabinets, the tools, lighting, etc. It's all in the RND/vetting process, you know this. The pro series went through quite a bit of testing before being put on sale. I tested it for well over a year before it was brought to the market. It's the only adams thing I own and given to me for free. My AR unit collects dust now

It’s really nice!! If you’re willing to spend the money AND you have the space for it I fully recommend it. This thing really needs a dedicated place where it stays, I wouldn’t want to drag it in and out to use it. It’s had no issues and it is still quiet and definitely powerful! I am really satisfied with it. Just make sure you wait for it to go on sale they do it pretty frequently.

For me price wasn’t an issue. I just wanted something that would last for years and built with quality. Was really going to buy the Adam’s pressure washer, but after watching some reviews it really changed my perspective. Therefore I went and got me a kranzle 1152tst which is the 1122 for the USA and CA version. I’m really happy with it. My advice is if you are looking for a good pressure washers for car washing just get the active 2.0 or AR630 if you are living in the US. but note that you need to know about their power outputs and orific sizes so you don’t damage the pressure washer.

You really just can’t go wrong with a Kranzle. I do agree and have recommended the active 2.0 to many of my friends at work. Truly I’m pleased for my needs with the Adam’s unit but I don’t see where anything can compare to the Kranzle. I’m glad it works well for you!

@@TheChapMX I think I'm going with the Adams Pro. It seems easy to set up for about 1.8 GPM at 1000 PSI. It has a great 60-foot hose, a top-of-the-line foam gun, and a usable Stubb gun. The biggest selling point is that no other machine runs as quietly-not by a little, but by a lot. As you said, the water is loader than the machine. So you literally do not hear the machine, only your water flow. I appreciate Obsessed Garage, and I respect Matt's opinion. But he was clearly a little unfair in his review. I think a better review was done by @imjoshv

I recently bought the Kranzle 1322tst from OG and its been a really good pressure washer. Close to 2gpm at 1200 psi with a 4.0 orifice nozzle and the machine runs real quiet. I can understand not wanting to spend a bunch of money on a setup like that and like some are mentioning the Active 2.0 is a great machine and I think you can get solutions on OGs site that include a lot of the accessories you need which is nice because you can hold on to that stuff and upgrade the pressure washer only in the future if you wanted to.

Its really hard to beat the Kranzle, and anything from OG for that matter. Glad it sounds like you've got a good setup going!

DeWalt has a gas pressure washer ( i forgot the model) automatic electric start just press the trigger to start the engine and after 15 sec without pressing the trigger the engine shut off.

The problem may not be the pressure washer but the soap. I have the same problem with the Adams soap but there are others (like DIY) that seem to rinse cleaner.

I just bought this myself. I would have to agree with you on the lack of water output for the rinse. Also, I don’t know about you, but my machine leaked at every connection from the water inlet to the back side of the filter going into the machine. Nothing serious that hand tightening everything wouldn’t fix but sure was annoying. And that owners manual; wtf is that all about? Read like a 5 year old Chinese kid wrote it. Very shocked at that and had I read the manual prior to buying, I think based on the manual alone I’d of passed on this purchase. I can live with 750 bucks but not a grand for this. Good review.

Thanks for taking the time to reply and share your experience man! Sorry to hear you had those leaks but glad you could fix them. Not the thing you want to see on something you spent your hard earned money on. And man, I know on that manual!!! Hahaha, its almost comical but in reality, pretty pitiful. I do hope you get some good use out of it man and hopefully for the both of us it will be durable for years to come. Thanks again and I'm glad you enjoyed it!
