Thanks - an interesting video - but where is this? I see it has London Transport on the rear but it appears to be a single track line way out in the sticks! Very intriguing - please enlighten me. And is this some sort of shunter?
Sorry, I forget I have a wider audience who might not know the railway acronyms I use in the title, EOR = Epping Ongar Railway. The locomotive is a British Railways (BR) Class 20 locomotive built by English Electric between 1957 and 1968, this is the penultimate one of the class made and along with 20142 are in London Transport livery because they were leased out to LUL (London Underground Limited) for use on the Metropolitan Line heritage trains ( see www.ltmuseum.co.uk/ ) which were formed by a Class 20 + 4TC set + and the Metropolitan line's 1923 built electric loco No. 12 "Sarah Siddons".
@@37427 Yeah nice, what camera do you use? I've got a Rode VideoMicro on a Gopro Hero 8, but the mount I use keeps letting the mic fluff bounce into frame! I also find I get a lot of overloading, but I generally have it on the loco so maybe I have it too close.
@@Match2100It's a mixture. I have both the Action 4 and 3. I use the latter in heavy rain with the internal mic. I had the same issue with my mic fluff being in frame but i managed to fix it by washing the 'DeadKitten' and trimming it slightly. I watched alot of reviews of the GoPro - the freezing issue was mentioned so much I never wanted one.

What mic setup are you using? The sound quality is very impressive, no wind noise at all!
Thank you. I found it works well upto about 35mph but after that it starts picking up the wind. It's a Rode Stereo VideoMic Pro.
