- Officer Kyle Jacobs is on patrol when he gets a call about a robbery. He gets the description of the suspect and begins his search. Moments later, he spots someone who loosely fits the description of the criminal and immediately, and incorrectly, assumes he's found his man. Then after arresting this innocent man, Officer Jacobs spots the real perpetrator fleeing the scene and immediately runs after him. Then as backup arrives, Captain Porter sees the innocent man trapped inside the scorching hot squad car. Captain Porter rescues the man, then gives Officer Jacobs a taste of his own medicine.

Never judge someone so quickly based on description get their own side of their story before jumping to conclusions

Poor Officer Kyle Jacobs he never seems to learn his lesson without keeping Captain Porter chewing him out and staying on his good side.
Same deal with Sheriff Johnston- Ofc. Jacobs got himself in big time trouble, especially for incidents involving 2 young children in that iPhone incident(the same 2 children, where Capt. Porter roasted him for driving their battery-powered Jeep on the sidewalk, near his home), a blind man and the Sheriff's wife. My prediction is that Ofc. Jacobs' next foul-up, he'll be confronted by Sheriff Johnston and Capt. Porter will be with him- he will have no defense for his next foul-up!!!

Do unto others as you would want them to do unto you. I look at this video as a good police training video. Just because in the back of your mind, you might think that the suspect may deserve harsh treatment, but you don't EVER make the suspect roast in the back of a car.

Was an honest mistake looked exactly like the description until he saw the second guy with the PlayStation was just handled wrong he should have called backup to deal with the first guy if was still suspicious of him as well
@@fluffykitten992 I don't think you understand the bias here if the description was a white person in a white shirt a cop wouldn't arrest the first white person wearing a white shirt they see but when it comes to a person of color they would even if there's no evidence like no PlayStation in his hands for example no matter how loose the description they have to do real investigative tactics before they accuse and cuff people and even if it's a mistake that doesn't excuse him putting his health at risk the moment he put that man in his custody his safety is his responsibility and he didn't care black lives matter

In fairness the first guy matched the description exactly and could have hid or sold the PlayStation but when he saw the second guy with the actual play station he should have just let the first guy go of get back up if he still suspicious of the first guy

Hold up. I don't think that the person would have died. I definitely agree with Officer Jacobs that severe dehydration in a hot car for that long is possible, at the worst, he could have passed out. I think Captain Porter is taking it a bit too far. Officer Jacobs didn't use much racism unlike some of the other videos, but he did arrest the wrong person and I understand how Captain Porter makes him learn it the hard way, but an unpaid leave doesn't make sense. He would need more training on matching the exact description of the suspect. Captain Porter saves the day once again.
