Great work as usual. Best pro runner training chanel. Could you do a video in Addis with Selemon Barega, Aregawi and Getnet Wale/Lamecha Girma? But specially Barega They are all in the Addis Ababa running camp
Andy is such a humble and cool individual! Thanks for sharing this Matt! Would be super cool if we could get some of these elite athletes on sweat elite to fly somewhere together for a whole week or two of training sessions. One day 🙏🏻
Fabulous video Matt! Love this series and the transparency that Andy has. Cant imagine how difficult it can be to film some of these workouts on the bike at a busy track 🔥
Thank you Andy and Sweat Elite - tbth, this single video has become my key to finally developing into a runner. I come back regularly for inspiration ❤
This "Base Period" caption is no longer really relevant, as most of these guys are racing track multiple times a year. Andy is sharpening toward his indoor season....
@@sweatelite I did, to the extent that you are showing a genuinely nice guy. The session itself was plain vanilla, the drills don't really matter but that execution was whatever. But If I were you I would think of ways to make what is proving a successful product to the viewers even more appealing to the athletes you want to approach. To be on topic, Josh Kerr i think did three "base periods" last year leading to the Olympics. Anyway keep up the good work but hope you don't mind constructive criticism mate...
We love constructive criticism and thank you for this. It is base period for most athletes still as indoor isnt the focus for most really. Semantics. To your next point- thanks! The plan is to do exactly this very soon.
terrible sesión, nunca que termino agitado después de cada intervalo, quien pudiera hacer de 200s a ese ritmo y que sea ritmo de competencia, bestia total. Minuto 3:30 , esa semana de entrenamiento es una LOCURA!
Andy is such a chill guy. More of him please, Matt 👍🏿
But his sprints thou
So pleasing to watch him run, it’s the definition of motoring
Could watch Andy run all day. Another awesome video!
Perfect form 👍
I’m going to miss your workouts with Andy. He should start his own RUclips channel.
nice idea 👍
he has one
10X200 is a fun and hard workout. (All those runners wearing shoes on the grass is a bit shocking! lol...) That other guy did a great workout too.
Great work as usual.

That would be an insane video!
Very low key humble guy !
I top out at 27 lol Thanks for defending me. Not a sprinter but I would love to at least hit 25s

Special thanks to Andy and all of the athletes who you've been able to track more than once for being so generous with their time
Not the best hurdler at all. No proper arm movement, pelvis is left behind. It’s ok looking but not good.
Terrible triple jump form too - he barely left the ground!
Fabulous video Matt! Love this series and the transparency that Andy has. Cant imagine how difficult it can be to film some of these workouts on the bike at a busy track 🔥
He looks like a great guy!
Ma quel :"si si grazie, ciao ciao

Also an awesome idea to use cool down runs as a time to improve cadence!

Will he run or dance the whole time
Non ci credo pure su Sweet Elite mi devo sentire Ultimo

How fast did he run the 200s??
حشومة ميكونش عندنا مثل هذه الملاعب ويطلب منا أن ننافسهم.
Plaisant content as usually :)
Fast running 🔥🔥🔥
Здравствуйте! Hi !!!!🏃👈👍😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Hiiií
his cadence: WTF 😲
He's only 5'9" so he has to have higher cadence to run as fast as he does.
@@alh.4000 5’9 is taller than most of the olympians 5k runners….. it’s literally average height for a male
@@aaronharman5431 the guys he's trying to beat (the norwegians) are pretty tall

Did you enjoy the video though?
