Just watching this now. Superbly put together video as per. The context on pace for me is you flying past Sam Gab around the 200m marker. Been on the track with that lad a lot and never seen anybody go past him that easily!
Ooooh that's my local park! Welcome to Battersea :) As a woman, I can confirm that the chest strap on the HRM is hell... just anatomically wrong and I would think it is even worse for the "better endowed" sisters...I don't know how they do it. An arm band seems much easier
Watching this just makes me even more motivated to push myself harder in training but unfortunately can't any running right now bc I've been dealing with shin splints for almost 2 months now :((
I struggled to progress on the 3rd rep (only 29s for final 200 of the rep) and was really straining. 6 days out from race I listened to my body rather than pushing things!

1 question.....ive been dooing this 4years.....never any accurate luk in the distance mode with my garmin..running around an oval trak....+..never seen an arm band heart rate-strap....is it as accurate as a chest-1..????nice video..like+subsbr.
