DHA vs Bahria Town

In 2022 if we compare DHA and Bahria town as the best housing societies to live in, the average price of real estate in DHA, particularly houses, is slightly higher compared to Bahria Town. The primary reason is the location of DHA compared to that of Bahria. DHA Lahore is near the Lahore International Airport ( Allama Iqbal International Airport ) while in Karachi DHA is quite near to the Karachi International Airport and is also near the port and Arabian Sea while Bahria Town Karachi is located far away from the center of the city and away from the port and the sea as well. But the quality of infrastructure in Bahria Towns is far superior as compared to DHAs because Bahria Towns are recently constructed and also the quality of construction overall is better. Furthermore each road in Bahria Town has a pedestrian walkway while DHAs lack in this aspect. Furthermore there are more monuments in Bahria Town compared to DHA. DHA has better shopping malls compared to Bahria town. Load-Shedding happens in DHA while it doesn't happen in Bahria Town as they have their own backup generators. DHA has better community clubs compared to Bahria Town but the difference in quality is minuscule. Golf Courses in DHA are beautiful and state of the art. Same can be said about the golf courses in Bahria Town. DHA is owned by Pakistan Army while Bahria Town is owned by a single individual.

Isn't it odd that Pakistan Army owns the biggest and elitist Housing society of Pakistan (DHA)?. Such examples dont exist anywhere in the world). DHA is obviously the most secure of all as they have a backing of a giant Army.

Dha karachi also does not have water infrastructure. You need tankers for it to refill water. So you have limited water supply.

Bahria town is more better than Dha because they bahria is private and working on costumer statisfication and innovation

Thanks for the compliment. Much appreciated.. in Bahria Town they have many huge generators like 500 KW and above installed in various blocks across the housing society. They produce enough electricity to power the entire housing society.
