I learned about focusing on my breath though the teachings of the far east, that cools me down. I notice this inner fire when harnessed can be used as a way to pave way to a path to greatness. I've been working to boots my fire element because in my chart natal, I don't have that element. It has been a long process, but working with my solar plexus chakra has been so healing. Thank you.

I have been meditating since 4-5 years and I strongly feel that Sun /Fire in literal terms ( say fire Flame) has always been protecting me, as if fire has made a cocoon around me to protect me . I can so feel that sort of energy. Myself being Sagittarius may also be the reason for same . Anyways , thank you once again for the Video.
As a rising aries earth Capricorn fire is technically my main element over earth i can definitely say I identify with my fire side way more especially with how my path was chosen to transitions through this journey very very recently
