I would like to clear the air for alot of people here.
I was at a mercedes benz dealer and testing out the speakers (advanced sound system) in an 2020 a class and it was okay, deep bass and clear sound.
I also checked from outside because people saying that the doors will vibrate but it wasnt really that bad, i think that the people who say the advanced sound system is bad are just used to subwoofers with 1000 watt and custom built in speakers.
Conclusion: the sound is great in my opinion deep bass and good surround for that extra cost.
I got a cla 250 with this and it got really clear and seperated mids and highs. Bass is lacking unless u turn it up. U r right tho i got 1600watts rms dual 12” subs now
Zain 1091 yes it is ok, you prpbably got burmester soundsystem? I have the cla 200 with the advanced sound system (has a subwoofer aswell). It sounds okay

Habe mir gerade gestern einen CLA 35 AMG SB bestellt mit dem Advanced Soundsystem. Da er aber erst in Q4 2022 gebaut wird, hoffe ich, dass die Halbleiter bis dahin wieder das Burmester zulassen. Mein Verkäufer bemüht sich darum, dass sie es verbauen 🙏 das klingt so gut und wäre auch die einzige Ausstattung die mir neben der AHK zur Vollausstattung fehlt

I have CLA SB 2021 with Burmester and I’m very disappointed… it’s very weak the bass sucks totally…that’s not all I still hear resonated sound of plastic from somewhere in the car.. can’t figure it out..overall I hate it…

Very nice you demonstrating the audio system, I just got mine with the advanced sound system, which is rather disappointing, though I really wonder if this is sufficient. Main issue is the positions of the speakers, too low and tweeters in the dash would be better, simply said the sounds stays inside of the speaker and doesn’t create a area of sound. I’m looking to get mine tuned, replacing units/speakers , adding DSP ... Wondering if any having recommendations?

@@aicygaming2995 Well to describe the sound: it sounds very metal like, removing most of the mid tones and boosting the high and low: improves the overall sound, though far from good still. But that's of course my opinion.

The B&O in the Q3 has more power, so you can turn up the volume more than in the A-class with Burmester.
The Burmester has a very balanced sound.
I think I would take the Q3 with B&O.
Surpisingly the door speakers are the same paper cone speakers as in the base model.

Yes it is worth its money and I think it was a 900€ option. But it is not available at the moment for a brand new CLA.
Habe die Burmester Anlage in meiner A Klasse. Habe viel probiert am EQ gespielt Höhen verstellt Bass verstellt aber irgendwie bin ich nie wirklich begeistert vom Sound. Bei höheren Lautstärken geht der Bass deutlich zurück der allgemein schon bei gewissen Liedern Probleme hat( bei anderen aber wieder auch sehr stark und deutlich klingt). Kann ich da vielleicht noch irgendwas machen ? Bzw haben sie Tipps wie ich die Anlage vielleicht doch besser einstellen kann ?
Eventuell kann ein Hifi- Spezialist für Autos noch was machen.
ich hatte auch das Burmester Sound System in meinem CLA und kenne das Problem. Ich hatte auch vorher das ältere Modell mit dem Harman Kardon Soundsystem. Das Problem ist, dass bei hohen Lautstärken der Bass bewusst gekappt wird, damit es nicht zu Verzerrungen kommt. Zwei Tipps habe ich die dir helfen könnten. 1. deinen EQ über das Handy zusätzlich einstellen. So kannst du etwas mehr an Tiefbass und Mittelton rauskitzeln. Dann klingt das Sound System etwas ausgeglichener. Da der Subwoofer hinten im Kofferraum in der Reserveradmulde sitzt, kommt nicht so viel Bass im Innenraum an. Daher auch wenn es bescheuert klingt, einfach einen Sitz umklappen und du wirst den Unterschied hören. Mehr Bass und auch mehr Tiefgang. Am besten ist immer ein Soundsystem nachzurüsten, kostet aber leider eine Menge Geld. Habe jetzt auch einen C204 C-Coupe und habe da für ca. 1200€ ein Soundsystem von Eton und Ground Zero einbauen lassen und das ganze ohne einen Verstärker. Das Soundsystem klingt um Welten besser als Burmester. Demnächst lasse ich noch einen Verstärker einbauen um das volle potenzial auszuschöpfen. Wäre vllt auch eine alternative für dich

@@GermanAutoTV z .B B&O im Audi rs3, harman und kardon im m2 und burmester in der a-klasse
B&O im RS3 hat mehr Bass/Power und mehr Lautsprecher, Burmester ist sehr ausgewogen, Harman Kardon hab ich noch nicht groß getestet.
Kommt halt auf die Einstellungen im Equalizer usw. an. Ich habe das H/K in meinem 2015er Bmw F11 und bin mega zufrieden. Schöner, klarer Bass im niedrigen bis mittleren Bereich, Tief und Hochtöne sind super und man bekommt es auch problemlos hin, dass man im Rückspiegel nichts mehr sieht. :D
Mein Nachbar hat einen Audi A8 D4 von 2014 mit dem Bose Soundsystem und selbst er meinte, dass das Harman Kardon Soundsystem klangtechnisch das schönere ist.

Ja die 500€ mehr zum Burmester im Vergleich zum Advanced lohnen sich auf jeden Fall.
@@GermanAutoTV Kann ich so bestätigen, habe eine A35 Limousine (mit massig Rabatt im 1. Lockdown) fertig vom Händler gekauft, leider nur mit dem Advanced. Der Verkäufer meinte "Das reicht dicke", mit DAB im Laden klang es auf die Schnelle auch ordentlich, aber in der Praxis habe ich dann recht schnell die Grenzen und SChwächen des Systems kennengelernt. Schade, wertet den AMG echt ab, das Burmester ist um Welten besser als das Advanced.
wie viel kostet das Burmester in der Konfiguration bei MB?
Als man das noch bestellen konnte, waren es glaub zwischen 700- und 900€ extra, bin mir nicht mehr sicher

@@GermanAutoTV okay ich hoffe, dass der Händler das bestellen kann und das dann von Daimler bestätigt wird. Das 3D System wurde aus dem Konfigurator genommen wegen dem Chipmangel.
In der A-Klasse und CLA heißt das nicht 3D Soundsystem. Aber ja ist zur Zeit wohl nicht bestellbar.

I collected my CLA with Burmester and was SUPER DISAPPOINTED. Guys listen this is not the same burmester you're getting on the higher end models. Skip the Burmester and install your own audio system after you get your car.

Attention, the Burmester sound system on Mercedes CLA C118 IS FAKE. Speakers are the same as those they use in cars like vw and skoda, the subwoofer at the back is having a hole that sends the sound right out on the ground. Doors are vibrating and squeeking and the overall sound is inferior to base soundsystems on other cars like audi. The price you pay for the burmester upgrade is only for the caps who have burmester silver logo and nothing more! For those who think i am exaggerating i will soon post photos of all the speakers, subwoofer and equaliser which i decided to replace...It is by far the worst soundsystem and i am deeply dissatisfied and dissapointing of Mercedes policy to fool its buyers. I was previously an ownner of VW Golf 5 Gti and Audi A3 8V both with advanced soundsystems ( no Dynaudio or Bang & Olufsen). Especially Audi’s advanced system was much better that this “Burmester” crap. The video is not objective because the specific track has “pop orchestration” which is too simple and in addition the car is stationary and the doors opened. If you make a video of a rock or metal track on the move you will hear a completely different blurring sound...

The car’s fair price is this without any extras. It doesn’t worth the extra money...
I agree, I also have the Burmester and I'm disappointed, if it was today I would have stayed with the advanced sound system and would only change the speaker covers!

I remember being disappointed by the lack of bass with the Burmester Sound System in my A-220. I think the option is worth looking into from C-Class and above to feel the real difference and worthy of wearing the Burmester badge. Sad but save your $850 and don't add the option.
the Burmester on the C-class and the E-class is the same, i´ve got one CLA 2021 and one E coupé and they are the same, for me it´s all crap.
C class and CLA has the same. E class has a better option than the c class which is the best burmester (also in s class and gt) 3D Burmester

Das mittlere Burmester hat zwar immer 590Watt, aber klingt in der A-Klasse/CLA anders als in der E-Klasse, da die viel besser gedämmt ist.
Ich habe das B&O Advanced sowie das Burmester 3D nicht ausreichend getestet, aber da ist wohl das Burmester 3D besser.

Kesinlikle cla 200 ses sistemi vasat . Cla200 2022 ama + 4 matic aldığım günden beri en büyük hayal kırıklığım kötü ses sistemi .. yazıklar olsun Mercedese !
