I know a guy that went to his monthly visit to his probation officer. The P.O. said his urine was dirty. The guy tried to run, he had a QP of bud in his pockets, broken up into sacks. My buddy is a dumbass.
Violence is not supposed to get personal recognizance release. Violence is supposed to be held without bonds or extremely high bonds. Judges are supposed to protect the city and not be helpless to a bonding mechanism. Just common sense not funding bail bonds men. This is not rocket science just follow the statutes per case. Gun violence is not bail and release never was shld never be. All violent allegations at a bond hearing shld be extremely hard to get bail if u ask me. This situation is not creating a safe space foe residents of Memphis. U need change big time
